The flat is supposed to be non-smoking. When we arrived the smell of cigarette was overpowering. We had to contact the office to tell them and although they eventually send somebody to clean, the excuse was that the previous clients were smoking without permission!!! Very disappointing. The internet was of very poor quality.

Really enjoyed our stay. Power outage across Madrid and staff on site carried my 20kg suitcase 5 storeys to the apartment. Also was so understanding when we made error with check out. Phone support was excellent too. Highly recommend 😀

Great location. Wonderful restaurants right out the main door. Be aware that emails from the property go to junk mail. We almost missed the check-in passport requirements.
