Sehr persönlich...
... und mitten in der Natur gelegen ist dieses kleine B&B etwas, für all diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen und die es nicht stört mit dem Auto bis in den nächsten Ort zu fahren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und angenehme Gesprächspartner. Gerade für mich als Alleinreisende war es sehr schön, das Frühstück gemeinsam einzunehmen und mich über Kanada, Creston und alle möglichen anderen Themen zu unterhalten. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, frisch zubereitet und sättigt lange. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit Tisch und Sofa funktional eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Kaffeeecke mit Kühlschrank. Lediglich der Teppichboden und die Einstellung der Dusche, die nicht unbedingt für sehr große Menschen gemacht ist, sind ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sollte es mich mal wieder in die Gegend verschlagen, werde ich sicherlich gerne hierher zurückkommen.

Good overnight accommodation
The room wasn't 100% clean. The bed was on the hard side. Not a problem for some people. Through no fault of the owners, a Spring snowstorm cut off power during the night, so morning routine was more difficult or impossible. But the owners did the best they could to serve breakfast, and also clean about 8" of fresh snow off our vehicle. They are a nice couple, friendly, but considerate of the guests needs.

The only disappointment was that there was no air conditioning. it was quite hot, and a fan was provided, but i had expected Air conditioning. Otherwise it was an excellent stay. Hosts were lovely and breakfast excellent.

Wonderful Little Bed and Breakfast.
What an beautiful B&B! We were warmly greeted, and even got a tour of the grounds. Breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again. The only hiccup was our GPS led us astray and took us to some railroad tracks. Just stay on the highway and continue a little past Yahk and you'll see a sign for Kristina B&B about 5-7 minutes later.

Kristina Creek, B.C.
Kristina Creek is a delightful B&B located between Creston and Yahk, British Columbia. Owners Alan and Maureen are conscientious and the comfort of their guests is important to them. We greatly enjoyed our conversations with them as well. Access to the upstairs room is a little awkward with steep steps, but we managed it very well. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and with the high daily temperature, the upstairs room was uncomfortably hot well into the night.

Good value accommodation and welcoming hosts
We stayed for one night and received a very nice welcome and useful information from our hosts who joined us for a good breakfast. The room has a nice view over the extensive grounds and its own external access. The site is quite remote but there is an unprepossessing restaurant in Yahk village ( the Smoke N Jugz) which serves excellent food and has friendly staff.

I'LL STAY THERE AGAIN
Very nice and quiet and a delicious breakfast. At night, so many stars, it was amazing - worth going back just for that. There is no light pollution in this area at all. Only a few minutes to Yahk, which was our destination.

lovely family and amazing place
What a great experience ! This is not your regular hotel stay. Alan and Maureen and their friendly dog are very welcoming. The house is awesome and they are all extremely nice. This place is good if you are looking for a peaceful night of sleep. The location is a bit isolated so be ready to come to rest ! Maureen cooks a mean breakfast. So delicious ! Will definitely be coming back soon :)

Quiet and beautiful accommodation
Everything as better. Than expected. Quiet serene location. Weather wasn't the best for touring around the property. But what we saw was lovely. Owners recommended the restaurant down the highway, with the warning that the portions were large. that was and understatement. Breakfast (included in nightly rate) was superb. Lots of room for parking .

Picturesque home
It was a last minute booking but Maureen and Alan were not phased. They made us very welcome and had our room prepared in no time. Very interesting couple with lots of stories to tell. Thank for a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect half way stop on way Okanogan
This was our first stay in a bed and breakfast and the experience left us wondering why we had not done it previously. Our hosts were welcoming and gracious with a welcome one does not experience in a conventional tourist facility. Sharing a breakfast table with the owners of the home was an experience that was not paralleled in other settings. Allan and Maureen were full of stories and shared ideas that made for a great conversation in a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was more than ample in size with a private entry so we had no concerns over returning later at night from a local event. The king size bed was perfectly firm and the room exceeded our expectation around how clean and tidy it was upon our arrival. We would definitely stay with them again, and this time, have more time for a swim in the pool. Thanks for your hospitality.

Spacious room in the mountains
Owners were very nice to visit with. Room and bathroom were large, clean and had a table and small fridge. Home is located in a quiet, rural area with mountains and wildlife all around. Creston and Yahk are a short drive away for shopping.
