This place was not super fancy but it was clean. The front desk staff was super helpful and very friendly. The pool was open late for our family to enjoy as long as we wanted. over all a great stay! We would definitely stay again!

Recensione verificata

6/10 Buono

The hotel was very affordable and the staff went out of their way to arrange for us to be close to our daughter. The staff also patiently worked with delivery people bringing in rental furniture to accommodate my physical limitations. I could definitely see how nice the hotel had been. Once the renovations are done, I'm sure it will be restored to its original beauty.

This hotel is terrible. When we got to our nasty room our balcony door was standing wide open. The beds were clean but the carpet and bathroom wasn’t the best at all.

Rooms we find it bugs crawling on the walls also the all hotel small really bad carpet nasty, the pool was really bad water was green doors with rusty stuff this is the worst hotel I ben stayed. Im no recomend anybody stay in this hotel. The owner needs to put a lot money to remodeling this hotel. The only good thing is the location .

Our stay was 2 nights. The indoor pool was too cold for the boys to enjoy, the lazy river ride inside was very lazy (too slow). One of the beds was not satisfactory, felt like it was going to break into at any moment, did not sleep well.

This place was nasty. It looked nothing like the pictures. It looked like a scene out of a scary movie.

We didn’t even check in. When we got to the front desk there was a couple complaining about the bed bugs and requesting a refund. We left immediately!

Ice machine didn’t work. Only one elevator worked. However they are making upgrades to the building and they kept the rooms cleaned without being asked. It was a great hotel otherwise. I’d go back

Very dirty and run down.I don’t know how they get by advertising the rooms as they do. Must be getting pictures from another place.

This place needs to be condemned and closed. Everywhere you looked, something was either dirty or broken or both! I will never choose this place again.

The room was fine. The rest of the hotel was dirty & in need of renovation. The walls were dirty, the baseboard & woodwork was quite worn. Due to the conditions I did not avail myself of their free breakfast.
