The hotel was nothing like described online- the room I was in had two large burn marks in the wall and the hotel was under renovations in which they chose midnight to 6am to run generators and equipment. No sleep. Wish they would have made it known that it was under renovations. We would have chose a different one. The pool and lazy river were not as described and the "floats" for the lazy river were all deflated. The pool was not heated and the water was green. It may be better once the renovations are completed but would not recommend at this time.

We only had to stay for one night. But the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. Drop ceiling above the shower head had mold spots. The breakfast wasn’t great. The drinks were limited. (only one juice was working) No sooner than we turned on the ac my husband had an asthma attack and my eyes started to burn.

They were in the middle of a remodel which we were not made aware of until we got checked in and upstairs, where it was posted on the wall. That in and of itself was not a problem until they started actively remodeling the room next to ours from 12am until about 6am and ran a generator as well as loud banging all night. Staff were plenty friendly and the rooms are clean. The pool was kind of sketchy, and gave me a rash and just did not overall feel clean. I feel like if we had came after they had the remodel complete it would be a lot better.

Did not stay, have not had time to contact hotels.com about a refund. Beds were sunk in, food in sink, bugs dead around bed. Blood spots from bed bugs on sheets, horrid smell. DO NOT STAY!!!! RUN!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Room smelled of cigarettes, to-go containers left in a drawer for who knows how long, door didn't shut/lock correctly, didn't feel safe, hot tub hasn't been cleaned in months.

I booked 2 rooms for me and my kids first vacation and If I could have got my money back. I would have left as soon as I got there. It was horrible. The nightstand was broken in half. No remote for the television. The tolliet was broken. I had to fix it myself. They was dirt all over the floors. Rotten milk in the refrigerator. The room smelled like mold. They only have two towels and one wash rag in each room. I had to go buy towels tolliet paper and air freshener. 4 towels dose not go far with 9 people. The pool was nasty needed cleaned. And needed a lot of chlorine put in it. Yes they have some amazing pool hours if you could handle it not being clean because it doesn’t close until 2am and all the others close at 9 or 10 pm. So my vacation was not the best but me and my kids made the best of it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT EVER STAY HERE EVER!!!!! We didn’t even end up staying bc it was in such bad condition dirty no elevators downgraded our room didn’t tell us the fridge didn’t even work!! and NEVER REFUNDED US OUR MONEY!!!! This place is a scam!!!!

When we booked it said breakfast was included. The first night the guy said breakfast would be In the lobby the next morning a different guy said they didn’t have breakfast this week that was a little bit of a let down. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to special needs children! Room was a pretty clean could use a little more attention to detail but not bad ! Lazy river was the best part !!

They failed to tell us they were doing remodeling. The elevator is out of order, there's no complimentary breakfast, and the fire alarms went off while we were there due to their renovations.... We were there for 5 nights. The beds are uncomfortable. We had been "upgraded" to the 6th floor but after our first night we had to move to a lower level. It really put a damper on our honeymoon...

So, let me start by saying this hotel used to nice but of course that was YEARS ago. This time around, it looked run down. My boyfriend and I started here on our trip for our first Valentines together and there’s nothing great about Park Towers. The check in/out area was decent enough. Nothing grand. But the man that checked us in wasn’t rude or friendly. He seemed to literally just be there to do the job and go home. The room itself had stains and was coming up in places. There was a piece of the broken light sitting in the bathtub near the drain. We took the elevator down to try to find the pool and breakfast room. The elevator had no light and we had to use our phone flashlight to hit the button. When we got to the bottom we were greeted by caution tape. The elevators weren’t supposed to be used, but they weren’t visible from the check in. Usually there’s caution tape on every floor to let every floor know it’s not usable. The breakfast room was behind a locked door that we couldn’t even see into so I can’t comment on that. We had to go on a scavenger hunt for the pool and walk down (and back up) about four flights of stairs for it. When we finally made it, the paint at the bottom was peeling, the water looked green. The lazy river and hot tub was the same way. I felt like I was watching one of the reels of the abandoned places that have the standing water.

Elevator broken, the room we got was on the 4th floor even though the parking lot was almost empty. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub ice cold as well. Lazy river was slightly warm but only a few floats. The whole pool area looked like something off of a scary movie. Pool area super dirty, the restroom down there was unusable. We asked for a refund and left. We stayed somewhere else.
