Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Rooms are outdated but they are working on it! The front staff attendant was super kind and helpful. We stayed at three places on this trip and this hotel had the kindest and most welcoming staff out of all. The indoor pool was nice. The main pool was not heated.

The carpet in the room was very dirty and stained, found toilet paper pieces in the bathroom floor and a white pill behind toilet, we only had 1 hand towel and one bath towel we are use to a lot of pillows and only had 2 per a bed and one bed had a very small one We got down to the pool by walking several flights of stairs due to the elevator not working and it definitely does not look like what’s pictured the pools are very cold and the lazy river is very warm with only several floats and some that had holes in them the steps in the lazy river are jagged cut concrete that I actually cut my foot on so I got out because I was afraid it would get infected the ceiling had holes in it . The next morning we went to breakfast and the juice machine was out of order there was not enough tables for everyone so we took our food back to our room even though it said not too. The back parking lot feels unsafe, we had no way to open our room window as we did not have a balcony to go out on . The gentleman at the desk was very nice and easy check in !

Kind of hard to rate this one. Rooms are large. Great size. Love the balcony, which was a really good size. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is old but they are remodeling it and probably or maybe a third of the way done so hopefully it'll be in much better shape and condition if we ever stay there again. They also had a complimentary breakfast. The pools were in bad shape and the indoor pool wasn't even heated so the water was very cold. Sheets had stains. Room needed dusted, you could see the dust on the TV and the shelf above the area where you hung your clothes hadn't been dusted in a while. The ice machine on the 6th floor didn't work. So the only working ice machine was on the first floor. And they have two elevators and one of them did not work so it was a little slow waiting for an elevator considering it had six floors.

The hotel was being remodeled which is no big deal. However, when we got into our room, the floor felt very bumpy to walk on and there were stains on the sheets. The policy that was posted said that the cleaning service would happen by noon unless we had a do not disturb sign on the door. No big deal. However, we did not even have a do not disturb sign to even put on the door and our room was only touched once the whole 5 days we were there. We had to go to the front desk every day for more toilet paper, towels and garbage bags. This was unacceptable. I’ve been to much better hotels and I never stayed somewhere where I had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, more towels, and garbage bags for the garbage cans that were in our room. The pool area with lazy river is a fun concept except for the strong smell of pool chemicals that start burning your eyes before you get in the pool. We will not be staying here again.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom floor looked like it had never been swept or mopped before. The carpet had stains and looks visibly stained and dirty. The included breakfast was the same thing every day. The buffet is not well run and by 8am they stop replenishing the food. The milk and the waffle mix ran out and they did not replace it because its was “too close to 9am” at 8:15am. The biscuits were burnt and hard, the gravy was like water and Luke warm. The floor is sticky throughout the hotel and the entire place smells wet. The lazy river has a total of 2 provided floats and that’s it. It and the jacuzzi are warm but the indoor pool is NOT heated as advertised so it was unusable. Also the room the pool and river are in has exposed duct work and smells like mold they have a huge dehumidifier in the room and open the windows to the outside but it doesn’t seem to help. The walkway and the steps leading to the pool room are so nasty and seem like they have never been cleaned. I would never stay here again. It is affordable but should be MUCH cheaper for what you are getting.

Our room was missing a piece to cover our deadbolt. Our sink was so dirty. We only had one towel and one rag when we arrived. Beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were in very pool condition the floors were nasty around the pool and the bottom of everything was chipped and missing a lot. For the money it was not bad but I would not come back.
