I came for business trip and had to spend all the time in the cafe area as the wifi in my hotel room was spoty. The floor boards were old and creaking. The hotel says breakfast included by that they mean a box of cereral and a juice. The property is between two bars and every night they have a sound clash in the wee hours of the morning.

I like this small hotel but it is very noisy. We stayed Thursday and Friday nights and both nights the neighboring heavy beat music went all night and into the early morning hours. I put my Bose sound canceling earbuds in which dampened the noise but could still hear the noise.

A great downtown location that is walkable to attractions. The staff are excellent! My room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Good tv package (somewhat rare in the Caribbean) and nice warm water in the shower.

Went for a business trip and stayed there for a day. The hotel provides basic necessities although the carpet in the staircase is quite run down. The bars close to this hotel could be quite noisy in the night. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Front desk was nice and helpful.

Terrible experience with Sutton place. We got there and they had no reservations for us and had us calling all over try to get a place to stay. Expedia confirmed my reservation. Had no problems with airline or car rental. They over booked and couldn’t help us.

The hotel is in the middle off the town. Noice and peoples talk on the street can be heared directly into the room at the front off the hotel. They claims to have breakfast,but the dinner hall has been closed since Maria in 2017. Breakfast is toast, with either butter or jam. And instant coffee on first floor.

Right in the middle of Roseau!
We enjoyed our stay at Sutton Place. Our suite came complete with a full kitchen, utensils, hotplate, microwave and fridge included. There were also 2 stools that came in handy for entertaining company. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. As per our request, there was a playpen ready for our young son to sleep in. The staff is excellent. Friendly and willing to satisfy every request. WiFi was pretty good. The complimentary breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, coffee and jam. We always arrived too late for the fresh fruit. Other breakfast options are available for a nominal fee. Our only complaint is the noise! There is a lounge right in their cellar which made it difficult to sleep at times. Of course my son had no issues sleeping right through it. The town comes alive pretty early in the morning. This was my first of hopefully many stays with Sutton Place. You get more space for your buck compared to other local hotels.

Sentralt midt i byen
Vi bodde her en att på gjennomreise. Et gjennomsnittlig Hotel som absolutt er verdt prisen. Stort rom med trivelig betjening og veldig sentralt hvis du vil bo i byen. Har en bråkete disco i kjelleren som stengte midnatt.

Premium parking and good service attituude.
We arrived in Roseau 2 days before our stay at Sutton Place and we popped in there just to confirm our reservation and they said they had us down and our room would be ready when we were. We got back to Roseau after 21:00 and they had us park right in front on the front door and they had a security guard on duty. The girl at the front desk was very nice and she escorted us to our room. The next morning she was there to help us get what we needed for breakfast. All in all it was a nice experience, actually better than our hotel in Fort de France.

Central, comfortable and clean
We were quite satisfied with our stay at Sutton Place. First, upon arrival at the hotel, we had to cancel our 3rd night, because our flight schedule had changed. They cancelled our 3rd night without charging us a cancellation fee, which we greatly appreciated. The WiFi worked well, the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk lady was nice and helped us book our taxi for our tracking expedition. Although everything is closed on Sundays, there is a grocery stores and a few restaurants at walking distance from the hotel. The included continental breakfast was disappointing however. The only food available was toasts with butter or marmalade, or Special K cereals. More options would have been nice (e.g. muffins, croissants, peanut butter, fruits, etc.). Also, note that room #4 does NOT have a hairdryer for some reasons.

Le niveau de prestation attendu ne correspond pas au tarif payé avec petit déjeuner. C'est très chère pour ce que c'est. Le petit déjeûner n'est pas satisfaisant pour le prix.

Sutton Place? ... You decide!
When we booked a two bedroom suite we did not expect 1 room with two beds. As a result had to share a room with my parents at my mature age not ideal. Only two members of staff on reception actually provided good customer service. The breakfast buffet was limited and as things ran out during the week things were not replenished. There was one particular Carib young lady at reception who were a breath of fresh air if not for her our stay would have been tainted.

Not Staying Again
Sutton Place Hotel is an old hotel that could use improvement. The only good thing about our stay was the staff and the restaurant on the ground floor. The building itself could need a refurbishment. The rug on the stairs had seen better days. What made our experience worse is the bar located on the basement of the building which was open on certain days until past 12 Midnight. Some of the walls need to be doubled. Anyone shouting in the street can be heard clearly.

Hotel moyen, bruyant et cher.
Cet hôtel est tout juste moyen, et cher pour ce qu'il propose. Certes la chambre était grande, mais les fenêtres fermaient mal et a Roseau il y a de la musique dans la rue le vendredi et samedi soir jusqu’à 4h du matin. Si on veut du calme, il vaut mieux aller dans les hôtels qui sont en bordure de mer (et qui sont moins chers). Ils sont éloignés du centre mais les bus locaux sont très efficaces. Petit-dej continental assez léger. Ce n'est pas un hôtel que je recommanderais.
