Great little hotel with charming and helpful staff. The continental breakfast is perfect. Thoroughly recommended place to stay in a great city.

Great location. A little hard to find as the sign for the hotel is hard to see. We passed the entrance on the street a couple of times while searching for it. It’s worth the search though! Very safe and secure. You need a key to enter from the street. Otherwise buzz the front door and staff will let you in. There is someone at the reception desk 24 hours a day. Breakfast was pretty good too! It’s not the cheapest place to stay but for the location, security and service it was worth it.

Au calme. Chambre standard très petite, mais suffisante. Pas de vrai salle de bain/douche, le lavabo se trouve dans la chambre avec une douche bien integré. Pas de problème, mais vraiment pas spacieux. petit déjeuner bien. Personnel aimable. Parking public au tarif préférentiel à 200 metres.

Great location and very nice hotel. Right at the door step of the central location but without the noise. Loved it,

The hotel is very clean, and more modern/renovated than expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. They brought in gluten free bread to accommodate me, which was so nice and unexpected.

Lovely room with air con and a balcony (Exec). Simple but quality continental breakfast (extra but good value). Small boutique hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Bordeaux (tourist and retail). We are in two of their recommended bistros during our stay - both good food and value.

The airlines misplaced my luggage and the staff were unbelievably supportive and helpful throughout the challenges of contacting the airlines. The location of the hotel is wonderful—central but on a quiet side street. Not overly luxurious but very comfortable beds and everything you need as a traveler

Great location to walk around the city. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The property was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast choices were minimal and we chose just to have coffee.

Attentive and caring staff, great decoration and condition of the room, on a quiet street still within a few minutes walking from center. We really enjoyed this little gem of a hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel just a short walk to Place de Comedie and shopping areas. Close to tram as well. Very clean room with nice amenities and secure entrance. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Great place to enjoy the city.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, so had to keep window open. While the hotel is on a quiet little street, I was surprised by the noise.
