The front desk staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, the rooms were a nice size, and the A/C worked amazingly well, which was especially appreciated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room and hotel left a lot to be desired. The hot tub was not working properly, and the pool appeared to need cleaning. Inside our room, the carpet was heavily stained and looked dirty. The couch was also stained, and there were crumbs left on the floor when we arrived. The bathtub had a grimy feeling when you stepped into it, and even the curtains were stained. While the price was great, I’m not sure the savings were worth how unclean and uncomfortable the stay felt overall. With better attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

There were no kitchen cooking amenities. Microwave carousel had uncleaned spill from previous guest. Bathroom floor had debris under vanity and in corners. Eileen in breakfast room was very attentive and efficient. Great breakfast. Coffee was great. Staff was responsive to our requests.

The only thing I had issue with were the height of the beds. Very tall and with me being 5'3" I had a hard time getting on the bed.I had to use the foot stool from the sofa to get up on the bed.
