Check-in staff should have a much more welcoming attitude. And for breakfast, the person at the desk should first say good morning, instead of asking for the room number. In general, all staff have a vibe of "why did you come to our hotel!?"

I can not fault the staff or hotel however when booking it clearly ask’s the age of the child were you select on a drop down box when we checked in staff and hotel were great but once we got to the room one bed so we ask about the other bed as to which they said they had been informed my son was under 12 he’s all most 14 so we had to upgrade to a room to fit a bed in for him and got charged the best part of £50 also after this the A/C did not work so it was a very comfortable evening with broken sleep due to the heat my wife took up the offer of a free breakfast but me and my son did not have time to indulge the A/C was fixed that day but then having to leave the hotel at 3.00am we did leave feeling a little let down by all means the hotel is fantastic and staff are a credit to the place very friendly fortunately are experience was not great

Mitt i stadscentrum. Lugnt och tyst på rummet då ingen biltrafik tillåts utanför hotellet. Obs helt transparenta väggar till toaletten, ej för den pryda om man inte bor själv i rummet

Jag hade en väldigt trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Rummen var jättefina, rena och kändes fräscha. Personalen var också mycket trevlig och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen.
Frukosten var riktigt bra med ett bra utbud, och maten i restaurangen var väldigt god – faktiskt över förväntan. Trots att hotellrestauranger ofta brukar vara lite dyrare tyckte jag att priserna var bra och rimliga i förhållande till kvaliteten.
Sammanfattningsvis ett mycket bra hotell som jag absolut kan rekommendera.
