Positives: boutique hotel, ideal for those who don't want the the big and sometimes impersonal hotel chain. Locateted very close to beautiful TLV beaches and promenade. Attractive, trendy decor. Nice breakfast (with extended time!), free bikes, free Nespresso coffee, excellent wifi no password, comfy bed, good quality bathroom amenities and bedsheets.
Negatives: here is the catch, for a €338 per night, maintenence is way below standards, even for a 2 stars hotel. Dirty windows, stained carpet and sofa in room, wallpaper in the lift coming off, bed not well made, minibar not refilled, bathroom bin and toilet brush in poor conditions.
Despite the upgrade to a suite (!) we had no room to hang clothes other than a tiny wardrobe fitting 4 hangers, bathroom was so tiny we had to move a small coffee table from the leaving area to put our beauty cases, which would not fit inside. No electrical socket near any mirror.
Staff is either very kind and attentive, or the complete opposite.
Despite the close proximity of the sea, only a few rooms have a partial view of it. The hotel is otherwise enclosed between buildings, one of each is a very tall skyscraper.
No gym, no pool and terrace only if you have it in your room.
