All the staff was welcoming and helpful and the general manager Jermaine sets a beautiful example to all his staff which is reflected at very interaction. First and foremost, staffs are truly great! Their can-do attitude brightened us our stay. As the bed was a bit soft side, spacious room with a lot of amenities (including a small fridge and microwave) were offset the small negative. Room and bathroom was both clean yet plenty of hot water for the shower and good drainage for the tub. As we might have been lucky, we barely heard any noise from the traffic and neighboring room. That said, a quiet night gave us a good night sleep. Additionally, we appreciate your effort to serve a free breakfast and slightly change every morning. Plenty of seating places gave us a nice environment to start off for the day. Parking was easy and shuttle to and from FLL airport was certainly a plus. As there are many options for the restaurants, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Thank you very much once again.
