Room was dirty , problems with check in, couldn't get a check out receipt. Access to room was very difficult. Black mold on bathroom bathtub hand rails, bathroom sink stopped up. Food offering for breakfast was sparse and not worth it. Sheet was took big for bed and kept slipping off all the time. Towels were scratchy
Room was dirty , problems with check in, couldn't get a check out receipt. Access to room was very difficult. Through a very narrow and long balcony that had cleaning supplies blocking the access.Black mold on bathroom bathtub hand rails, bathroom sink stopped up. Pool lounge furnture was dirty and had not been cleaned in some time. Staff kept blaming me for using a 3rd party app like Expedia to book the room. Claimed we had not paid even though we paid 50%, then upon final payment at check out they refused to give me a receipt claiming that they dont give receipts to 3rd party bookings since they do not get paid directly. Yet they took my credit card and billed me in full, and they wouldn’t give me a receipt. I have never experienced something like this before. Finally, room had one window which faced another building about 4 feet away so no light cam into the room. Room was dark and dingy and dirty… Breakfast was a joke, one must go out to get a breakfast, basically all they had was cereal and yogurt.
