Melhor hotel de Ribeirao, sempre me hospedo aqui com a família.
Pessoal da recepção sabendo da nossa condição de ter 3 filhos sempre agilizam o check-in, coisa de louco. Chegar, pegar a chave e subir para o quarto.
Marcelo no café da manhã uma empatia com o hóspede fora de série também.

Estadia boa, hotel com dependências confortáveis, quarto amplo e bom, apesar do colchão da cama de casal estar com a mola quebrada deixando o colchão de um lado bem desconfortável mas o restante foi ótimo, café da manhã muito bom e atendentes simpáticos !

O ar-condicionado inicialmente não funcionou e foi ajustado, porém, em um hotel desse nível, o funcionamento deveria ser impecável desde o início. As instalações do banheiro precisam de reforma: a ducha espalhava água por todos os lados e a pia entupia com frequência. O serviço de valet parking foi demorado e o atendimento do mesmo transmitiu falta de cordialidade e disposição. Para o padrão proposto pelo hotel, a experiência ficou abaixo do esperado.
