Curtains were stained, topsheet was ripped and pillowcases stained, exposed light bulb and wiring in bathroom. Comfortable bed though and bath/shower works just fine. Despite the many reviews claiming there are needles and homeless people everywhere, I did not experience this AT ALL. They could just be more diligent about having clean linens. Reception was off-putting but not necessarily rude. Pool is in a separate building and outside; as a woman, I did not feel comfortable using it because it was fully exposed. My floor was quiet and peaceful besides neighbors blasting their music one night of my stay. Tons of options for groceries and eating out! About an hour 10 min from North Cascades NP which was my reason for being in the area. All that being said, it is NOT a four star hotel.

Dont stay here

This hotel is pet friendly and there was a lady on our floor with two large dogs, which was fine however she would let them pee on the carpet in the hallway. We let the front desk know and the young lady told us it was OK and the manager was aware. About 15 minutes later we get a call from the front desk saying that we have to leave the hotel because they have us on security camera with our dog peeing in the hallway. The manager asked us no questions, just assumed it was us and told us we had to leave. We didn’t have a dog. No apology or anything was given after I went to the front desk and looked at the security pictures myself. I’d also like to add that I was there for three days and maid service did not come in once to exchange the towels or empty the garbage.

Terrible

One of our bed is broken, talked to front desk and offered another room, we are too tired to move stuff after a long drive and hike, so we stayed and hopefully wait for the fix. Fix didn't come, no communication. Stayed for 2 nights, access to our room on 2nd night was deactivated, had to go to the front desk that doesn't know how to smile. The staff is unfriendly except for the guy cooking the breakfast. The building is dirty. I always liked Wyndham and prefer them over other hotels if available but this changed my perception.

Beds owch

Was a great location only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock and carpets had stains. Very clean, staff were friendly and breakfest was good. Parking was easy to find. All in all i enjoyed my stay just would have liked to have slept better.

Never again will I stay there

on the first night I was awakened by someone pounding on the room door at 3:30 am.. then there was a fight that spilled out into the back parking lot. The hotel is showing its age. the rooms need to be updated. the hall reminded me of my dorm in college. no furniture or pictures, very barren.

Rude at counter -likely cockroaches

The lady was super rude at the desk asked if I was having somebody else with me and then charge me $100 deposit which they did didn’t get back for no reason I didn’t smoke in there. I didn’t in there. I didn’t do anything wrong won’t be coming back. Not to mention all those things look like I don’t know, cockroach shells. From when they molt. On the bathroom floor

Smelly hotel with good beds and good staff.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The front staff was good. The room however, had a terrible smell. The staff gave us another room and it smelled bad as well. It was coming from the carpets which were stained and old. The maintenance man on duty was very nice and brought us some Fabreze type product which unfortunately did not remove the smell. This is a worn out hotel which is in need of some major improvements. It has a 3 1/2 star rating by Hotels.com but is should be a 2 star at best. We were very disappointed that we paid $200 for such a smelly stay. If it was refundable, I would have taken our payment back and moved on to a better hotel.

Find somewhere else

Checkin went great, but then both keys didn’t work. They wanted us to wait by our room for them and finally moved our room. Carpet didn’t look vacuumed, and was stained as well. Toilet handle had to be held down for full flush, and it looked like they had children paint the bathroom walls. There was paint splatter everywhere - on the floorboards, on the floor, on the toilet, and in the shower. One bed was missing a fitted sheet, so we were sleeping on the mattress cover. There were no towels at the pool, so we walked back and asked at the front desk. They were out of pool towels (no one else was at the pool), so offered bath towels, but they didn’t have enough clean ones available to offer us. The hot tub provided is an above ground residential hot tub that has not been maintained and was in no condition to be used. We tried to return our towels to the desk after swimming (not knowing where to put them) and were sent away saying we needed to carry them up to our room and leave them outside our door to be picked up. Day 2 our room keys stopped working again, so we had to go back down again. We got back into our room and had not received maid service. I called the front desk asking about it and she snapped back asking if we had requested maid service, but we were never told that was necessary. The digital option to pay for laundry did not work, so we had to scramble for quarters as the front desk would not exchange our paper money for coins. Breakfast was wonderful!

Tired, dirty and uncomfortable

The hotel is tired and feels dirty. There were tons of stains on the floors and the ceiling in the shower was moldy. The lock on the door was broken and overall the property smelled odd and did not feel clean.

Nice but with a problem

We liked our stay at the hotel. Even though everything was fine with most of the hotel, it had a smell that we didn't like. It was in the room and the elevator. I attributed the smell in the room to the carpet. I have been in other hotels recently that don't you carpets. Just a clean hard surface floor. It seems to work well that way. I think carpets gather dirt, dust and smells over the years that can not be vacuumed out.

Comfortable beds

I had mixed feelings about this place. Pluses: comfortable beds, hot showers, coffee machine in lobby, helpful receptionist Minuses: Lots of highway noise, occasional dog barking, very few gluten free breakfast options, smelled weird, our cards were deactivated after the first night and had to be reprogrammed, and there was no pool for the kids. Even though there is an outdoor pool, it was locked and the receptionist didn't have a key. This was a huge bummer for my son because all he wanted to do on vacation is swim. It's unlikely we'd stay here again.

Worst Hotel and Staff

The Hotel cancelled our room at 3:30 the day we were checking in. When i called to let them know we would be checking in at around 5 pm, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, and hing up on me. I tried several times to call back and they refused to answer the phone. I drove 9 hrs and almost 600 miles. There were no other hotels available and we had to stay an hour from our destination costing me $800 more.
