I had a wonderful stay here. My room was charming, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The kitchenette with free snacks and water was also a great bonus. The surrounding area isn't very touristy, but I consider that a plus rather than a minus because it gave me a glimpse of the real Rome. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

Hidden Gem
Great little place outside the tourist area of Roma. Lots of little Cafes around and good restaurants. Hardest part was finding a restaurant that didn’t need a reservation for.
Host was easy to get a hold of when needed. Rooms were clean.

Também nos ofereceram lanches e bebidas gratuitas todos os dias.
A localização é perto de estações de metrô.
Senti falta apenas de um checkin mais completo e com informações antecipadas.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel grand et super propre . Les seuls points négatifs sont l’adresse erronée sur le site : 9 au lieu de 10. Pour trouver on a perdu du temps et aparamment la personne n’avait pas le bon nom de réservation. Mais à part ça tout s’est bien passé . Emplacement bien mais pas en centre ville. Quartier pas parmis les plus beau de Rome . Mais appartement très bien et conforme à la description. Mais pas de terrasse comme montrent les photos mais pas de souci.

Pretty nice hotel, We were impressed how autonomous it is, close to the metro station and you go to the main city atractions. We have to mention Vanessa was very kind and waited for us even when we were late for the check in.

離車站遠，客房設施還好的酒店
入住這間酒店必須要有能通話的號碼，否則不能進入酒店（他們沒有大堂，大樓感覺是住宅）。因為Expedia跟酒店溝通的問題（他們沒有收到訂單）我們在外等了站一小時，強烈建議到達前先通知酒店。
酒店有提供水果跟飲料，非常貼心的服務。也有提供地圖及回酒店的巴士路線。
房間大但整潔有待改善。雖然房間很漂亮但衛生間好像沒有多清潔。可能因為他們不知道有客人沒有多打掃，入住時有看到蟲子跟蜘蛛，杯子也沒有清潔。
酒店距離地下鐵大概要走十至十五分鐘。

Schönes Zimmer mit TOP Service!
Top gepflegtes Zimmer nähe Metro mit Bad und Balkon. Der Service ist super und flexibel, wir fühlten uns wirklich herzlich willkommen.
Das Bad und das Zimmer selbst könnten mehr Ablageflächen bieten, daher bei Zimmerkomfort "nur" sehr gut..
Auf Wunsch mit Frühstück in einer nahe gelegenen Bar (via Voucher), was empfehlenswert ist, da die Bar's in unmittelbarer Nähe eher dünn gesät sind und man über den Gutscheinwert hinaus Rabatt auf Speisen und Getränke erhält.

非常好的房间
这是一个民宿，不是酒店，但是房东人非常好，详细为我们介绍了房间周边及罗马景点信息，为客人准备了地图及公交线路信息，非常信心。房子位于一个安静的社区，房间干净舒适，所需用品齐全，而且非常方便。早餐在旁边一个中国人开的小餐厅，提供意式早餐。整体感觉非常好，很好的房间，很好的房东，很好的住宿体验。唯一的缺点式离火车站稍远，地铁三四站。不过总体还算方便。
