I've been there multiple times. The hotel is fine, it's easy to reach, personnel is kind and helpful.
BUT this time i had an electric car.
The hotel has 5 chargers in the underground parking, all was free looking in the app, then i arrived just to find 5 petrol cars parked there and the staff had no way to locate owners.
There's even a sing "reserved to electric cars under charging".
In any other place a situation like that would've simply seen those cars removed.
But here i was 1 and those were 5 clients, so i had to park on the street at 300 mt. while charging with another post.
I'm sorry, but this is NOT how to manage the situation.
Keeping aside the idiocy of those car owners, if the staff doesn't enforce the reservation for those who need to charge they should simply remove the chargers.
Then i could plan otherwise.
Or AT LEAST, if you have massively more clients with gas cars than el-cars, give permission to park under the note that if an el-car arrives they had to move: you keep a phone number and there we go.
The way they handled it was definitely bad.
