The owner was not what you would call friendly. At first they didn't find the booking, then through expedia they found it. They said they had a problem with too much cars to be parked and proposed a free upgrade in a different property 10 min walking distance and lot of parking. I suppose in a qieter place, but not as close to shops and bars.
We wanted to see the room we were supposed to be in, it was very small and sad, small window on the street and very close to the breakfast room, so we went to see the upgrade. Room much bigger and nicer,updated but better.we don't mind walking so walked back to get the car and a set of keys which worked (the guy who took us there had to get in through the window)We were said breakfast would there at 7.30. We woke up at 6 the next morning and waited till 7.40:nobody was there and we called. were told Breakfast was at 8.30 in that property. Decided to walk to the other property and luckily we did because we discovered that in our property breakfast would have never been served!we had to wait another 40 min before our breakfast was served. Service is very poor. Communication non existent. And kindness...
