We stayed just one night. It room was clean and were very pleased with the private balcony to sit and have our morning coffee. The bed was also comfy. The only negative was the trim needed painting and the tub needed to be redone. Cosmetics. We will be returning next year for sure

The staff are very helpful. The place is clean and neat. It is decorated for fall & Halloween. Breakfast is basic with plenty of teas, cocoa & coffee. We were looking for a place to sleep, near where we were spending the weekend. This worked well.

We spent one night while traveling to Maine. The room was nice and we slept with the balcony door open to hear the rushing water of the river. The price was good and we paid an extra fee for our pet. Helena was very nice and interesting to talk with about the area. We would stay again if in the area. The hotel is in a beautiful part of the White Mountains and is close to restaurants and area attractions.

This place was such a great get away! The grounds were well kept and the sound of the stream behind the property was so relaxing! The main lodge was cozy with the fireplace and coffee bar. Loved our stay and we will definitely be back!

This property has a lot of potential. It is in a great location (Jackson is beautiful and close to everything in the North Conway area). They are dog-friendly and the grounds were lovely with a nice garden and lots of grass. The hotel is in disrepair and needs to be updated. The room is shabby, the linens are poor quality, and the bathroom was not clean.

The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable, whenever you moved the other person in bed with you got woken up by the movement. There was no coffee pot, no microwave, no hair dryer in the room and very few outlets.

The bed spreads were lovely, very cute. Christmas decorations in the reception room in July. Good base in a cute town. Definitely recommend visiting Ravenwood Curio Shoppe while you’re here.

Had a fantastic relaxing stay. Do yourself a favor and get some water shoes and walk the beautiful shallow river on the property! Staff were amazing. Housekeeping were very attentive. Can't wait to go back. There was a Beautiful fire pit with lights above that was so quaint.

Property was quaint and country. Rooms were old fashioned but clean. We had a great time at this location and enjoyed the little playground and wading in the stream. People were welcoming and friendly.

Not a bad place but is definitely outdated, many repairs and updating. Room was decent, clean bathroom, beds were actually comfortable. Wasn't able to use the balcony or leave our door open due to a broken screen door and the person who was occupying below was smoking. River view was a plus from the room and fresh towels daily too.

The room was clean but our slider window was broken and the side of the ac unit was broken and some light bulbs were out. The rug was worn and the toilet was loose. The view was very nice and they had a very nice spot to sit near the river and a play set for the kids. The restaurant across the street was excellent
