Pros: the rooms are spacious and clean, with a good set of amenities (e.g. fridge and microwave oven). Plus, the buffet breakfast is not bad at all, if you compare it with other hotels in the USA and if you consider the room price.
Cons: the price is quite high for a motel, and the staff has been rude and unsupportive. I sent a communication through Expedia one month before, asking for an early luggage drop-off around 11. I never received a reply, so (my bad) I thought it wasn’t a problem, considering also my past experiences in other hotels/motels around the World. When we arrived (exactly around 11) we were “welcomed” by an extremely rude and impatient young lady, whose only concern was to make us come back at 3 p.m. (i.e. the regular check-in time) and leave her alone: needless to say, she said it wasn't possible to leave luggage to them, apart from small bags. When I asked about my e-mail request, she rudely replied she didn't know at all, since it is not her duty to read e-mails.The overall conversation was extremely unpleasant, as we were just politely asking for support and as I sent a communication in advance to avoid such discussion. The fun began later at the check-in: there was another lady, who told us that it would have been possible to leave luggage (??) and that she is not checking e-mails too, since only the colleague we met in the morning would be able to do it (??). Wow. Is there anyone checking e-mails in this motel? Is this the way to deal with customers?
