The staff was amazing. The pool and the hot tub was wonderful. The kids had a good time but on your website it says you have a bar and a restaurant but they’re not open on the weekend because you’re short staffed. I guess what that tells me is you’re not willing to pay enough to get people on the weekends or everybody in West Michigan is lazy one of the two.

The staff was so professional and friendly and kind. I would stay here again and recommend. The only thing is that we kept having to push a button inside the mini refrigerator to stay cold (which was weird) but besides that everything was good. I like the area because everything was close by and around for what ever you needed -like restaurants, stores and etc….. Highly recommend!

Cheesecake was offered to us upon arrival. Ryan was calm and relaxed and competent. Such a contrast in detail from the Hampton I stayed in the next night. Much better.

One of the TV’s didn’t work (unable to select streaming options with the remote), The bathroom door was broken and doesn’t lock, The temperature in the room can’t be adjusted, it’s either full blast heat, or it has to be turned off (unless you want the room to be 90 degrees). To top it off, not only is there no free breakfast, the breakfast they do have is way too expensive! Overall, horrible experience. I would not recommend.
