Ho pagato il prezzo per un 3 stelle, ma quest' struttura non dovrebbe avere manco 1 stella... Albergo decadente, datato..stanza con umidità, bagno rotto, porta del bagno che non si chiude bene, letto scomodo, odore a umidità. Ho dovuto chiedere carta igienica ed asciugamani perché non c'erano. Non vale assolutamente quello che ho pagato.

La mia esperienza in hotel purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Mancava totalmente la pulizia, e all'arrivo non andava nulla, né il frigo, né l'aria condizionata, né la luce. Dalla doccia non usciva quasi acqua, mentre da un rubinetto usciva di un colore strano. Infine nella colazione non c'erano opzioni per i vegani e dunque il latte me lo sono dovuta comprare. È un peccato perché l'hotel avrebbe molte potenzialità.

Hotel needs renovations, old hotel. Okay to stay for a few nights as just a bed and shower. Extremely hard to find street parking spent multiple nights driving around block to find street parking.

The San Anton is very much like I have gotten to know Malta: Either things are half broken or they are half fixed. As an outsider your never really sure. So many things in the room could/should be fixed, but they function. However, the staff are extremely friendly and will help whereever they can. And the area is great both for walking to the center/promenade or getting the bus to Valetta or Melleiha. I would chose San Anton again if coming to Malta

Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it

Good for a few days stay but not any longer. Whilst the rooms are generally comfortable and clean, the hotel generally was really noisy until the early hours of the morning and the rooms aren't sound proofed at all. The pool area was nice and clean but the loungers were uncomfortable so didn't use it much. Convenient for access to St Paul's and the surrounding area with good bus links, but the immediate area is really run down. Staff were really friendly/helpful.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, poorly maintained and genuinely felt like they were falling apart. The bath felt so unstable that we were worried we were going to fall through it. The doors had holes in them, and our room door looked as though someone had previously tried to break in, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about security. The corridors absolutely stank of smoke, and even the reception area had an unpleasant, dirty smell. The mattress was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there was no restaurant open, which was extremely inconvenient. The poolside area was carpeted, which seemed completely inappropriate and unhygienic for an area where people are wet from swimming. Overall, the hotel felt neglected, unclean and in desperate need of renovation and proper maintenance. The standard was nowhere near what we expected, and the condition of the rooms and doors was particularly concerning. We would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Had a lovely short break here, the staff couldn't be more helpful, it is very basic, but you get what you pay for. Room was cleaned everyday, was no hairdryer in the room but a quick ask at the 24hr reception got us one with no issues. The restaurant wasn't open as it was being refurbed (we was out of season) but the bar offered a decent breakfast and snack menu

Property location was good just a 10 min walk from the square. Staff were mostly polite and friendly. Pool was ok plenty of sun beds for the time of year we were there. Menu for breakfast was limited to the same 6 items every day. Rooms very basic. No safe no kettle had to ask at reception for a hair dryer and remote control for air con (€5 deposit) no plugs in the bath and sink so could only use shower which again was basic. Hotel Definitely caters for the younger generation. Who have no respect for people who might be sleeping at 4am. Also wasn’t keen on the few little cockroaches that visited our room which was on the fourth floor.

Checked in and straight back out again!!! Was dark and dirty , full of bugs all over the room , curtain pole hanging on with something could have fell at any point. Bathroom floor wet through. Wouldn’t wanna know what’s in the bed. Dirty and a waste of money don’t bother !!!!
