The bathroom in our room and down by the breakfast/pool area was gross. The breakfast was not the best. The valet was way backed up when we got there with only one employee, but he was so kind and worked very hard to quickly get us parked. The beds were so comfy!! The breakfast was subpar but not bad. The staff at the desk could have been more friendly. In my opinion you should be able to check in at least by 1pm not 3pm . I think the price for this big room is spot on . And I would give it a 7 out of 10 rating.

Our only issue was we had a 7th floor room and we were all excited for a possible view, but then realized our window opened up to a wall- like a teeny interior courtyard with a skylight on top. So we got a bit of natural light but basically looked at a wall. Felt a little claustrophobic. Breakfast was ok- no yogurts or creamers left.
