You probably don't respond to this, but I had to leave a day earlier than expected. I asked to get some relief for this 24 hours in advance, but the desk clerk said the manager declined. The beds were so comfy!! The breakfast was subpar but not bad. The staff at the desk could have been more friendly. In my opinion you should be able to check in at least by 1pm not 3pm . I think the price for this big room is spot on . And I would give it a 7 out of 10 rating.

This was the perfect place for us to stay for our trip to the Big 10 women’s basketball championship! It was within walking distance of Gainbridge Fieldhouse and many restaurants. There was a Dollar General around the corner and a good jogging route down to the canal area and around the canal. The room was clean and this place was so quiet! If I had not seen people at breakfast I would have thought we were the only ones staying there! The breakfast was good with cold and hot options and there was an indoor heated pool and an exercise room. Just perfect for our stay in Indy!

Our only issue was we had a 7th floor room and we were all excited for a possible view, but then realized our window opened up to a wall- like a teeny interior courtyard with a skylight on top. So we got a bit of natural light but basically looked at a wall. Felt a little claustrophobic. Breakfast was ok- no yogurts or creamers left.
