What a wonderful experience! I saw online that the hotel offered infant cribs, so I called a couple of days before our stay to confirm. Esteban answered the phone, was very kind, and willing to do anything he could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
When we arrived at the hotel the day of our stay, the gentleman at the front desk was great. He was personable and took the initiative to share that the infant crib was in the room and eased our worries.
I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff, room, and overall experience! Thank you!
