Every person we came into contact with was interested in us, where we were from, welcoming us to their country, and so helpful, asking if they could do anything to help us, truly different to most hotels nowadays, but very welcome and sets the hotel above other, perhaps perceived “bigger” names. If I am back in New Delhi, The Leela is where I will stay.
