The form desk staff, including the general manager, were rude and unprofessional. I booked a room with two queen beds and studio two months prior to my stay. This hotel refused to honor my purchase and tried to put me a single king room. There reasoning was that “did not have to honor bookings from a third party.” The process to eventually get a comparable room for my traveling family was terrible. Once we had a room the refrigerator did not work, there was blood on the counter tops, and the TV did not work. We eventually got a remote and a new refrigerator, but they never replaced the TV or fixed the issues. The breakfast was decent but all of the “hot” food was cold and the milk was frozen solid in the cartons. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone and would caution booking on Hotels.com if there partner hotels do not want to honor their bookings.
