It was a really good stay! The staff was friendly and the room was good.
The location of the hotel was at the center of Veracruz so it was super walkable.

Drapes needs to be sunblock.
Outside noise bothers a lot, at 3 AM music was still on, coming from bar near hotel, maybe there is no Local Law regulations about it.
Price is very low , but quality and overall stay reflects that.

La habitación estaba cómoda todo bien, el personal en recepción no fue amable para ingresar nos hizo esperar hasta el cambio de turno aproximadamente 25 minutos y para dejar la habitación nos tardaron 10 minutos, está bien que revisen pero pueden ser más óptimos en sus tiempos

La atención del personal , fue atenta, muy cordial, pero desafortunadamente encontramos cucarachas en la habitación, detalle que fue mencionado en la recepción, desafortunadamente solo se limitaron a decir: “ok”.
La habitación respecto a las sábanas picaban, así que tuvimos que cambiar y colocar las que llevábamos, respecto al el baño tenía un leve olor a caño, del cuarto pues presentaba ruido al ser de balcón, ya que en la avenida presentaba ruido por los motores de vehículos.
El clima al ser de ventana no abastecía la habitación. No sé si volveria

La vista que tiene la habitación hacia el malecón. El servicio del estacionamiento.

El hotel es viejo pero remodelado pero lo están descuidando en varios aspectos como atención de recepción los cuartos lo limpian muy tarde la TV es pequeña los aires son de ventana
Si invirtieran un poquito más sería de mejor calidad comparable con muchos cercanos
