Amazing stay at this Hanok. The schampo, face Wash, body lotion etc were amazing! Free drinking water, milk, coffee and snacks! Good location both for food and sightseeing. Really recommend staying here!

地下鉄「東大門」駅からとても近く便利な場所です。 建物も可愛く気分があがります！ ただお部屋はあまり広くないため　女子２人だったのですがどうしても荷物が多くなり広げるのに苦労しました。 到着したときにうまく扉が開かず　連絡したら走って来ていただきスタッフの方はとても親切でした。

以前より、韓屋に泊まってみたかった私でした。 存分に雰囲気味わえました。 チェックインはセルフでしたが(事前に詳しいやり方が知らされるので)問題なかったです。 私が泊まった部屋は超コンパクト(TV無し)で一瞬戸惑いましたが、すぐに慣れて、時間がゆっくり流れる癒しの空間が帰る頃には心地よかったです。 備品は、十分に補充出来ますし、軽食もフリーで頂けました。 あと、立地が最高です！電車もバスも乗り場は近いし、東大門のショッピングセンターにも徒歩ですぐ行けるし、都会ソウルの癒しスポット「清渓川」もすぐそこです。 韓国にはもう何回も行ってますが、今回のステイはその中でも上位に来るくらい魅力的でした。

아주 귀엽고 아름다운 한옥이었습니다. 다음에도 또 묵고 싶을것 같아요. 특히 어메니티를 보자기에 싼 함에 넣어주신것은 정말 좋은 아이디어 같았습니다. 다만 수건사이즈가 좀 작은 것이 신경 쓰였고, 데이터 로밍을 안하면 출입이 불가한 점이 좀 아쉽다고 생각했습니다. 사전에 몇번이나 여러외국어로 알림 메일 보내 주신것은 정말 감사했습니다. 앞으로도 더 번창하세요.

I was very disappointed with this property. The surrounding area did not feel safe to me, and the property was very different from what I expected based on the online photos. I left without staying even one night and had a very difficult time getting a refund. I hope my experience helps other travelers make an informed decision.

The property was eclectic but nice. It is a small "hotel", only 3 rooms so don't expect big hotel amenities. It was very traditional Korean Hanok stile, but it was great for the price. Lots of goodies in the room and bathroom, coffee and very nice teas included, cereal for breakfast and bread, butter and jam. also some sweets and granola bars. Free water bottles daily. There are also convenience and food stores within 50 meters of the property. The location is within a couple of blocks of the subway and a mayor artery, however it not easy to find the property since it is located in a back alley not on google maps. at first glance, the back alleys looks intimidating but I felt completely safe even at night. I had to ask for help finding the property and the people were very helpful guiding me. Overall, I liked the property, but it is more for the adventurous type that the person seeking glamour.

객실이 3개 밖에 없는 옛날 한옥이라 방이 조금 작았지만 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 오랜만의 한국 방문이라 전통 한옥을 아이들에게 체험하게 해 주려고 예약 했는데 어매니티를 담아둔 전통적인 보자기와 전통 장식장을 놓은 인테리어, 갓과 개량 한복 저고리 등 주인 분의 센스에 아이들이 엄청 좋아했어요. 좋은 분위기 덕분에 편한 밤을 보냈습니다. 어려움이 있어 보낸 메세지에도 바로바로 답해주시고 숙소에 핸드폰 충전기, 고데기 등도 구비해 두시는 등 섬세하게 배려해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 아침 식사 포함이라고 되어 있어 준비를 해 주시는 줄 알았는데 묵는 손님들이 자유롭게 물, 음료, 간식 등을 가져다 먹을 수 있게 해 두셨어요. 더운 여름이라 외출 후 목이 말랐는데 시원하게 넣어둔 물 또한 배려를 해 주신 것 같아 감사했습니다. 다만, 식빵을 담을 그릇과 쨈 등을 찾지 못해서 조금 당황했습니다. 교통도 편했던 이 곳의 겨울도 궁금해 지네요 . 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들었습니다. 감사합니다.

Det var helt ok för en natt. Lite trångt med allt bagage och liten toa. Spindelnät och spindlar i taket. Det stod att det ingick frukost men det handlade om flingor med varsin skiva rostbröd. Läget var centralt dock svårt att hitta dit.

You cannot get dropped off by taxi in front of the hanok. You will have to take your suitcases down a couple alleys. The front door is an electric lock, the the individual rooms have a three number passcode on the outside and the "lock" for the inside is a spoon and door handle. Would work fine if it was group using all three rooms, but wouldn't recomend unless your prepped with extra security. Was very clean. Small fridge and sink which was nice. Tinier than I originally expected but worked find.

The hanok stay was very clean, and the contactless check-in and reception were run efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Amenities were available in the lounge, where you could simply take what you needed, making it easy to relax quietly without running into anyone. Milk, cereal, and water were generously provided, and although I would have appreciated a bit more bread in the morning, it was fine overall. The only drawback was that the space felt too narrow. Traditionally, hanok houses are designed with open doors on all sides, allowing air to flow freely and creating a spacious atmosphere. Here, however, it was only hanok in appearance, with the cramped layout. Other than that, it was a nice stay!

I booked this stay in April, when it was presented as Travel Light Hanok. Before we departed for our trip in July we discovered that they were under new management. Upon arrival we did the self check-in, went to our assigned room, and found that the nice "western style" beds shown in all of the expedia photos don't exist. Instead, it was a 3" pad on the floor that covered nearly all of the floor space. They told me that it's the traditional korean experience, but that is not what I booked. I booked what I was shown in the photos. There isn't a single photo on expedia that resembles the room we were given. We stayed only one of the six nights booked. The other five nights we paid to stay in a hotel that gave us what they advertised!

급하게 잡았는데 최고의 숙소에 묵었네요 후기가 없어서 믿기 어려웠는데 인테리어나 어메니티 하나하나 다 주인장의 세심한 배려에 감동하게되는 숙소에요. 하루종일 관광하느라 많이 걷고 숙소에 도착했는데 따뜻하게 방이 데워져 있어서 너무 좋았고 전통적인 한옥의 아름다움을 오롯이 느낄수있게 아기자기하게 소품 하나하나 잘 준비되어 있습니다. 방에는 기본 어메니티 외에 한국 고유의 멋을 느낄수있게 예쁜 도자기 장식품이나 좌식탁자도 있고 천장의 서까래가 너무 아름답게 보이네요. 그리고 방에 캡슐커피머신이 있어요 간단히 조식으로 먹을수 있는 씨리얼과 식빵(토스트기 셀프 이용)이 구비되어 있으며 냉장고에는 우유와 사과주스도 있더라구요 마당은 조그만데 하늘에 별도 볼수있었고 주변이 서울같지않게 너무나 조용해서 꿀잠을 잘수 있었답니다. 동대문 지하철역과도 상당히 가까워서 진짜 편했어요 뚜벅이 여행자들에게는 천국같은 하루를 주는 호텔이 아닌가 합니다. 체크인시에는 물론 체크아웃 후에도 짐보관이 가능해서 주변에 동대문 시장과 동묘시장 그리고 서울풍물시장까지 다보고 다음 행선지로 갈수있었어요. 다음에 서울에 오면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶네요
