Worst experience!! Booked an executive room and the room they gave me was a night and day difference to what they show online, the walls were all molded and the wall paper was peeling off and looked like there was a heavy water damage in the room. I would be surprised that they did not know anything about it and they continued to put guests in these rooms…anyways when I complained they atleast moved me to a different room and that was nice. Second, the service…if i can give them -10 i would, i asked for a iron box and they made me wait for almost 45min and they delivered a damaged one, when i called back for replacement, the service boy came by after another 15min+ and asked for returning the old one before he can go get a new one!!!! As if I’m running away with it…he never showed up again to provide a second one and i just gave up. Third be prepared for worst mobile and wifi signal here. Overall 0/10 experience and not worth the price tag.
