The hotel was greasy and you could feel it from the very beginning of your stay. It was dark and dirty. The carpet had huge stains, dirt, and abandoned items (for example, an armrest and an umbrella). The outdoor pool is large, but it was not possible to access it. The neighboring area (poolside and sunbeds) is however very dirty like the rest of the hotel. The lifts are missing keys and some are broken. The rooms are dark and poorly maintained. In the room where I stayed there must have been two double beds, but upon our arrival we found that there was only one double and one single bed. The room was dirty: you couldn't see out the windows so dirty were the glass. The mirror fell off and no one bothered to pull it up before we arrived. The leather chair had a hole in it as well as the sheets of the single bed. The upholstery was broken in places. The sheets had crumbs, but none of us ate in the room. The terrace, like the rest, had dirty floor and railing.
The breakfast was of poor quality and the dining room was dirty despite having had breakfast at opening time, probably it was the remains of the previous day's dinner. During our overnight stay we were able to observe the presence of a bat in the hall, which fluttered over the heads of the customers.
A bad smell lingers throughout the hotel.
Finally, the Wi-Fi works poorly.
