We booked a suite but in reality got a somewhat haphazard conversion of what used to be the hotel bar.
Located on the ground level, there is no ventilation unless you open what were the bar doors on to the street and the aircon didn't work for the first two days of our stay. The apartment is adjacent to the reception desk.
The double bedroom has been formed in one corner of the bar area. The sofa bed is located next to the street which can mean street noise is an issue.
The second bedroom is tiny, possibly 6m2, and houses a bunk bed. It is located at the top of flight of steps making it unsuitable for younger children. The bar's security lights mean users of the sofa bed and bunk beds cannot make the room dark.
There is a water leak from the ceiling that is caught in a ice bucket on top of the fridge. The dishwasher is insecurely fitted. Some kitchen doors are at jaunty angles. The furniture is second-hand, torn, ripped & well used. Pictures have fallen from the wall, broken, but have been roughly Regung.
One of the bar's customer toilets have been retained and the other has a washing machine instead, but that room smells strongly of urine. The bar's kitchens have been converted to a underground bathroom at the back with a large spa bath and separate shower.
The hotel is located very centrally, which is a bonus. However, I would not rebook this "suite".
