We love this boutique hotel
The view and sound of waves from the balcony were absolutely amazing. We stayed here during our vacation last February and were thoroughly impressed. The beds are extremely comfortable with exceptionally nice bedding. Delicious coffee. Nice bottle of wine. Wonderful shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash. Charlette and Tom make this exceptional hotel even more exceptional. Highly recommend.

Great View!
We enjoyed our stay. St. Croix is a beautiful island, with lots to do. The view from our room was wonderful, and we appreciated the kitchen (and the suggestion to stop for groceries on the way there). The staff was great and very accommodating. Just a few small negatives: Would have appreciated a toaster or toaster oven and a blanket on the bed (not just a bedspread). We would stay there again if we went back to St. Croix.

View was amazing!
It was amazing Tom was very friendly and eager to assist. The pictures that's displayed on the website was true to appearance. I love the waves at night outs Ms right to sleep the room was spacious. It was an amazing stay and I'm ready to return.

Being right on the ocean with a balcony gave great views of sunsets. Our room was comfortable and spacious. It was quiet so you could enjoy the sounds of nature. It is difficult to not get water on the floor when taking a shower due to the setup. They are an eco friendly hotel and we didn’t have to worry about drinking their water. The on-site restaurant and bar have unusual hours as do the nearby bars/restaurants so it can be challenging to eat when you may want/days you stay there.

My wife and I stayed while visiting for our honeymoon… The Waves was wonderful. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room. In a safe and quiet area on the island. Not too far from anything, though I would recommend renting a car.

Great views of Cane Bay from my balcony and really enjoyed seeing and hearing the waves crash below. The room was clean and comfortable and I appreciated being provided with the extra large beach towels and a beach chair. Easy walk down the road to get to the beach along with a couple places to grab something to eat. There is also a super dive shop across from the beach I would recommend checking out. Had really relaxing time! Would definitely come back again!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday weekend! Charlotte and Diane were lovely hosts and very helpful throughout my stay! The view, restaurant and rooms were beautiful! Would definitely love to come back!!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly! This was our second time staying here and we love the balcony views with nearby restaurants to visit and the beach is in walking distance, too. The room is very comfortable. They have a full kitchen option and a mini-kitchen option, too. We preferred the full kitchen option like we stayed in last year, but it wasn’t available this time. Room service was completed with each request and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this is it!

It was so bad that I cut my trip short and left a day early. No WiFi, bad connectivity couldn’t even make calls or texts. The restaurant was closed down too. Never got a room key and had to rely on the front desk to let me in. Felt more like a prisoner. Great view though but that’s about it.

What a perfect little getaway! Ocean view room, private balcony, nice decor, so cozy, crashing waves, snorkling at the beach within 4 mins walk, we snorkled in the little tide pool outside the restaurant until we found 2 eels live there, I think this was the best place to stay on the island. Pack some good ground coffee.

The room was very clean, cool and had the items you may need for your stay. Parking is limited since the restaurant is on the premises which is great as well as the bar. Very nice people on the property, especially Vee. We enjoyed everything. This is a great place right on the water and a little walk to enjoy the ocean for a swim.

Had a really great experience here from start to finish; the attached restaurant Ama was delicious, the beach is a close walk with a nice restaurant there as well, the view from the room is stunning, AC and smart TV worked great! There was no iron though, heads up if you mind your linen outfits being a little wrinkly.

This is the only place to stay in St. Croix !!! If you hate seeing people while on vacation stay here. If you love the sound of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets stay here . If you want the best espresso martini stay here. I stayed here for my 8 year anniversary and I loved it !!! Xoxo a NYC girl !!

This is and will forever and always be my favorite hide away. It is healing and and intimate. The waves really do wrap your brainwaves. And the food! A full woman is a happy woman and the food did not disappoint. I will be back and i am so grateful to have stayed here on this magical island. <3

Sometimes the testament to great hospitality isnt a result of things going perfectly but how you are treated when things don't go well. The room esthetics, ocean view, and sound of waves were perfect! However, I had a few small challenges with my shower knob (couldnt turn the shower off, needed help twice), my patio door (handle broke), and the A/C was on the struggle bus the whole visit. They tried to accomodate me and fix the issues as best and as quickly as they could. It was frustrating but I was grateful for their quick response and couldnt give a subpar rating for that reason alone! If you like to sleep cold, I would not recommend this location as the thermal load on the rooms with all that great sunlight is just too much for the one unit on a hot summer day.
