Breakfast looked like it was going to be great big beautiful nice facility and then I tasted the food. They had scrambled eggs finally the first place to have them and one bite and into the trash they went rubber cold plain bland eggs no thanks and that's where we going with this don't judge the book by cover cause the cover was great but the book was absolutely terrible

Hotel says they have cameras and property is under surveillance. Our electric bike was stolen and they said they didn't have cameras. Came out to go to breakfast and someone was standing out there puking. Didn't even bother eating.

Changed my room number 3 times. Second time housekeeping was halfway done cleaning my room and just left? Myself and my two toddlers sat in the hallway after evacuating due to flooding waiting for a key card. Was let into another room, told my room key would be up in 20 minutes. I called multiple times, took over an hour, I had diaper wipes and frozen perishables thawing in the seat in my car. My child had to sit in a poopy diaper for almost 2 hours because that’s how long it took to get into my room after arrival. The room itself was fine, service was horrible. Took about 30+ minutes of waiting to check in as well with no bell or staff member in sight.
