We checked out on 3/20/26 and have yet to receive the refund of our deposit.
I called multiple times, was told to text my information and the receipt and was promised a call back and have not received any calls back. When I call it just rings and goes to voicemail.
I was told that if they paid my deposit with cash, I would receive it back the next day, but I chose to pay with my credit card instead and I’m glad I did because upon check out the office was closed and I had to slide my key through the window, so nobody would have even been available to give me the cash back. At this point I have disputed the charge with my bank.
The rooms are renovated and clean , but the outside of the property is still very much under construction.
We didn’t spend much time on the property , but overnight it was a bit noisy while trying to sleep, one of the other guests was playing loud music. I’m glad we only stayed there for 1 night. Probably would not stay again in the future because I shouldn’t have these issues trying to be refunded a deposit never had these issues anywhere else.
