Never again is all I can really say . I wanted to get the Moroccan experience but I will never stay in this riad again . Next time I will rent an apartment or stay in a hotel . When I first got there things were fine but it quickly changed . The room was extremely cold . Shower barely got hot I’m anemic so I literally slept with my clothes on . Breakfast was mediocre literally the same thing everyday . Staff ( well one particular employee) was extremely shady . Constantly knocking at the door even after I said I was going to sleep. I traveled alone to Morocco doesn’t mean I want to get harassed . I traveled alone for the past 2 years but I never felt as uncomfortable. The employee constantly asked if I liked him even though I told him no we’re just cool I barely know you . He would try to pressure me into to doing things that I said no to. He wouldn’t take no for an answer . I had to literally start ignoring him . He seen me talking to a guy outside the riad and screamed at me telling me not to talk to him as if he was my boyfriend or husband . I didn’t know this man from a can of paint literally . It was just overall not a good experience. I was supposed to leave on the 29TH but with the border shutting down I was stuck in morocco. The owner did accommodate me ( with payment of course ) but I do believe he was dishonest . At the end of the day it was just about the money . The only reason I did not leave the riad is because other riads in the area were in worse conditions .

We stayed for 1 night, and that's more than enough. First the manager is a crook. Yes there are extra fees, however the manager demanded nearly double the amount listed on Expedia. We showed him what was on Expedia, and he said no and demanded more money. The other staff members were helpful when we needed something. As for the room, it was on the 1st floor. TINY!! There was no hot water, the water in the shower didn't drain. Sink pipe was leaking. And yes, there was a big spider, in that bathroom. So stay away, that manager rips you off and he could care less about any prove you have. Spend your money elsewhere.

WRONG PLACE!!!
As many hotels advertised, the position on the map is in one place and then the real address is completely different... Do your research! Remove this and others from your website!

It was the worst night ever I had on my holiday. Air conditioning wasn't working. No doors to the toilets. Rooms were very hot.

Uninterested staff
The staff were lazy and not at all helpful. We arrived and were told that we had to stay in a different Riad because of a leak in the room. We arranged for breakfast at 0730 because we had a taxi booked for 0830. We arrived at Riad Hannah for breakfast and the staff were lazing around and completely uninterested in helping to get our breakfast. Incredibly useless staff with a terrible attitude. By far the worst Riad I visited in Morocco.

Great Riad Close to Amenities
If you want fancy then stay in the New Town but if you want the real Marrakech experience then stay at Riad Hannah. This Riad looks nothing from outside but once you step through the door, you get this friendly homely welcome. It is basic in general, with an open plan area where all guests seem to commune in the evenings to chat. Open policy on the kitchen so you can use whenever you want, constant supply of green tea (which was delicious) and they even provided popcorn and nuts for guests who where chatting in the evenings. They were extremely helpful and will organize everything for you in regards to day trips etc. I would highly recommend the spa where they organized out Hamman Treatment.

Was looking forward to our stay
Due to the death of my sister we had to change our travel plans. We were arriving a day later but this riad who were informed of what had happened actually cancelled our reservation. Our rooms had been prepaid & we had to look for alternative accommodation which was awful considering we had just buried our beautiful sister

Friendly Riad in the Medina
Riad Hannah is in a quiet street in the maze of small roads around the souks. It is a lovely house with all the traditional Moroccan features you would expect. Our room was small but very comfortable with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The staff were lovely - friendly and helpful. Drew us maps and booked us trips and taxis. Mint tea available at all times! We are 2 women and felt safe in the hotel and location.

Not too bad but not good at all
Just a few minutes walk to the big square, however it's hardly find this hotel yourself unless with help of locals (Certainly needs tips!). Poor Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor and cannot accept there's no kettle in the room! One of the staff who can speak English would recommend day trip to you but poor experience with that, feels like being cheated. Won't choose here anymore!

This is a great bargain
The staff were friendly and the facility met our needs without breaking the bank. They helped us with tours and transportation and made good suggestions on tours and where to go and what to avoid. They made us feel safe and welcome until we could figure out Marakesh and Morocco.

The hotel experience was not one that I expected. We had cockroach infestation, drug addicts smoking in the kichen and using the floor as an ashtray, we were suppressed by hidden cost, and hotel staff were more interest in ripping us off than providing a clean healthy environment. I would recommend this to a pack packer or some one who dose not mind there children around drug addicts. Other wise find a different hotel.

My first stay in Marrakech
It was an ok Riad. the staff were friendly and the owner spoke a fair few languages to help ease the guests. The breakfast is basic: bread, butter, coffee and a cols fried egg. Luckily you're near the shops so you can buy what you like. You can't hear the hustle and bustle of outside but if any of the guests decide to have a late one in the communal area you're at their mercy. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot and powerful shower but the lack of air conditioning almost killed me.

Its was the worst hotel or Riad I ever stayed in. when booked, make sure you take extra cash with you as you will be charged daily 45 dirham for your room service, 25dirham VAT and 35 dirham for breakfast.Pure scam. This hotel is a definite no stay for me in the future. Guys stay away.

Terrible condition, bad access
When the taxi drops you you have to walk 20 minutes through the market and 4 back ali to get to this family house, middle of local residential area. Which is not even a guest house. Rooms full of damp and no door to the toilet or shower, very similar to a prison cell. Very noisy, even at midnight and day time. No privacy. The room is just next to the breakfast area which is a yard in the middle of the building with rooms all around it. You have to move chairs to go out of your room. The manager is not friendly at all and they charge you extra for cleaning and city tax. He ask you to leave if you don't pay.

A comforting experience
I stayed three nights at Riad Hannah with my friend and we highly recommend this place to stay. After the short two minute walk from where the taxi drops you off to the hotel was a little nerving because we didn't quite know where we were going and everyone was hustling us to follow them (for money of course). Once we found the Riad Hannah, we were welcomed with a nice traditional mint Moroccan tea and warmly welcomed into a safe, comforting, hospitable place. That same evening we booked all of our tours for our duration in Morocco and were put at ease to know that we were getting taken care of so well and with the best rates. I highly recommend this stay and will be sending all of my friends and family here to my new Moroccan family. Only make sure that you communicate with the hotel on directions prior to your arrival and they will be happy to set up something for you. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were always with even a walking escort to and from our tours, we felt safe and treated like royalty. You will not regret staying here!!!

4 day stay
Rawine was very friendly and his knowledge of local trips and places to eat was spot on, we had an amazing 4 days I would use this riad again as the postion was perfect, away from the main square and a nice walk past shops and bars was magical walking home late at night when the streets are closed.
