Modern sleek interior design. A very clean bedsheet witj soft silky linnen. ALL staff in the reception desk were so friendly and helpful felt like a private concierger. Breakfast was provided in both western style with fresh variety of fruit, pastries such as croissants, egg tarts, sweet rolls. omelet on request and Chinese style with warm noodle, rice porrige, cooked vegetable, fried rice etc.. Enjoyed our staying!

La habitación tenía un olor a humedad, y el Edificio de atrás estaba como abandonado, tenía muy mal aspecto, el personal muy amable, pero las condiciones del hotel no se veían tan nuevas como se veía en las fotos. No nos cambiaron las sábanas en 4 días, las toallas eran insuficientes y nunca nos recogieron la basura de los botes.

We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park.

The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend.

I had an excellent stay at the Zhangjiajie Sanhe Resort. This is a family owned hotel, and everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the second sister who helped us book all of our activities and even got us a foot massage therapist to come to our room for a foot massage. The hotel is brand new, modern, well decorated, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, very comfortable bed and linens and an excellent shower. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it.

My family of 7 stayed at Sanhe resort for four nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had multiple nights of good sleep. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide array of foods from Chinese to western tastes. The biggest compliment would have to go to the hotel staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind, two staff members kindly stayed with me for over an hour helping me plan our route around the mountain(s). Sara, the coordinator was so meticulous in contacting us before our stay to arrange transportation to and from the resort for us. She had a driver pick us up from the train station. Additionally, she arranged a driver to drive us from furong town and back. Everything was so well coordinated. We felt like we were in good hands. The only con was that that we felt a bit catfished from the hotel photos online. While Sanhe did have a gym, outdoor pool and laundry, these were mostly outside of the building and were shared properties with other buildings in the area. The laundry was on the roof. We were a bit surprised to learn about this. Additionally, while the laundry machines were free, the dryers were not good at all. Drying for multiple hours, our clothes were still wet and all needed to be hung dry. The western restaurant onsite was really good but short staffed. So at times, we had to wait a long time to get our food. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay at Sanhe.
