The apartment was great. Very clean! Very quiet. We loved the balcony.

The lading app did not work despite trying to uninstall, reinstall, change passwords and call the help line. Therefore we did not know the building number, apartment number the code to get into the building, or the unit, we had no idea where to park. We got in after hours and I called the landing help line and it wasn’t for an hour until I received help. It was 11:45 at night by the time we got into the unit. There was no soap in the shower soap containers. It was all just frustrating
