This new hotel was super clean and the staff all were very kind and helpful. It’s a great location and easy to get around in the area for food and cafes. It’s a tech-forward hotel so using the touchscreen tablet for requests took some getting used to. Also, I suggest requesting a high floor due to street noise.

This property is not a "hotel" per se. Missing a coffee maker, a dedicated restaurant, bottles of water, etc. Unfortunately, cleaning staff did not notice there was a hair in the shower, despite repeated room service requests. I would not recommend this property in comparison to other hotels in the area. Also, it is close to the Minerva Glorieta which may make transportation to and from the hotel challenging.

​¡Excelente experiencia, 100% recomendado! Tuve una estancia increíble. El personal es sumamente amable y atento en todo momento. La habitación es de muy buen tamaño, la cama es muy cómoda y las almohadas son súper suaves, ideal para descansar bien. Además, el café del hotel está riquísimo. Si viajas por el trámite de la visa, la ubicación es perfecta: queda a máximo 10 minutos en Uber de la cita. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El lugar está increíble. La instalaciones están muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. Lo que más disfruté fue de la alberca, con el calor de Guadalajara! Tiene una vista espectacular. Wir hatten ursprünglich drei Nächte gebucht, haben das Hotel jedoch bereits nach etwa einer Stunde am Anreisetag wieder verlassen. Der ausschlaggebende Grund für unsere Buchung war das vom Hotel beworbene High-Speed-Internet mit mindestens 100 Mbit/s im Zimmer, da wir während des Aufenthalts auf eine stabile Internetverbindung zum Arbeiten angewiesen waren. Bereits direkt nach dem Check-in stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass das Internet im Zimmer faktisch nicht nutzbar war. Das stark beworbene moderne Konzept mit Tablets und digitalem Service funktionierte ebenfalls nicht, was letztlich jedoch nur ein weiteres Symptom des eigentlichen Problems war: eine nicht funktionierende Internetverbindung. Besonders enttäuschend ist, dass dieses Problem offenbar seit längerer Zeit bekannt ist. Bereits vor etwa zwei Monaten wurde in einer öffentlichen Google-Bewertung exakt derselbe Mangel beschrieben. Das Hotel antwortete darauf öffentlich und erklärte, man arbeite bereits an einer Verbesserung der Internetstabilität sowie der technischen Ausstattung. Vor Ort zeigte sich jedoch, dass offenbar keinerlei wirksame Maßnahmen umgesetzt wurden. Dem Browserverlauf des Tablets zufolge bestand bereits seit Februar 2026 keine funktionierende Verbindung zum Hauptserver mehr. Dadurch entstand für uns der Eindruck, dass die technische Funktionalität über Monate hinweg nicht überprüft wurde und trotz Kenntnis der bereits vorhandenen Beschwerden keine tatsächliche Korrektur erfolgt ist.
