Appartement confortable pour vacances en famille.

Les lits sont tous des sofas convertibles en lit, ils sont confortables. Nous avons eu un souci avec l'un d'entre eux mais la propriétaire a su le régler dans la journée. Bonne relation avec la gérante et la propriétaire.

В целом впечатления об апартаментах положительные, найти оказалось легко, расположены достаточно близко к транспортным узлам, добраться до центра весьма просто, остановок 5-6 на метро. В оговоренное время нас встретила девушка, вручила ключи, всё показала и пояснила, оставила приветственное шампанское. Жильё оборудовано всем необходимым, есть стиральная и посудомоечная машины, две кофеварки для молотого и капсюльного кофе. Туалет и душевая расположены раздельно, но раковиной в туалете пользоваться невозможно по причине микроскопических размеров, зато дополнительная раковина есть на кухне, поэтому ждать с утра, пока все умоются, не придётся. Чистота в апартаментах довольно относительная, кое-где по углам нависла паутина. Вообще дом старый и ремонт, видимо, производился довольно давно, но мы к этому относимся спокойно. Теперь о недостатках. Получили всего один комплект ключей на четверых, что сразу влияет на мобильность. Кровати поставлены таким образом, что ночью, кому-то из двоих придётся карабкаться через соседа, чтобы сходить в уборную. Заселялись в 19:50, ни по одному из трёх контактных телефонов, указанных при бронировании, не ответил ни один живой человек, везде автоответчик и стандартное Call us later. А мобильный телефон, нельзя указать, чтобы гости не нервничали? Ночью в туалете было чудовищно холодно, пока разобрался с отоплением, пришлось помёрзнуть. Довольно странно взималась оплата, 50% сразу онлайн картой в качестве залога, остальные 50% наличными при заселении.

Прежде всего нам понравилось отношение вашего сотрудника Никола. Большое тебе спасибо Никола! Так же понравилось и оснащение квартиры, у него эсть все неоходимого для проживания. Квартира не разположена в центре Вены, но до центре можно доехат на метро за 10 - 15 минут. Я рекомендую квартиру всем моим друзьям

Dank and dinge access, did not feel safe, bedroom that small you have to climb over the other person to actually get into bed. In formed new front door, due to drunks kicking it in and is very safe, because when there's a drugs raid the police lock the whole area down!!!!!!

Great little place!

The place is very clean and great. Its important to note there is a double bed and 2 sofa 2 double sofa beds, so it can sleep around 6 people. Just a very simple suggestion would be to bring some full length mirrors into the unit. Other than that, check in and check out were very smooth and easy.

L'appartement en lui même est correct. Un peu petit car une fois les deux canapés ouverts on ne bouge plus dans le salon. Propreté sans plus. La voiture ne peut pas être garée à proximité ou alors à un tarif exorbitant. Il y a un parking (P+R) à Erdberg (3,8€ par 24hrs) à 20 mn de métro.

Falsely presented

We booked this apartment because we came by car and it was important for us not to worry about limited parking hours. The presentation stated that it has free parking nearby, however, when we arrived this was not true. We had to buy parking tickets and put them out every morning and evening and to carefully watch the clock in order not to get a fine. The rooms itself weren't bad but not great either. Bathroom was terrible and kitchen was okay. On the plus side, the neibougrhood is okay, it's within a walking distance of Schoenbrunn and it takes 10-20 minutes to the city center depending on the traffic.

Ein hübsches Apartement für den Städtetrip

Das Apartement liegt verkehrstechnisch gesehen recht gut. Da es in Wien immer schwierig ist mit Parkmöglichkeiten ist hier in der näheren Umgebung immer ein Parkplatz zu finden, deswegen alleine schon absolut top. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit ist wohl kaum zu übertreffen. Alles bestens Dankeschön

Not central Vienna but everything you need.

Average apartment, quite small for 6 but has everything you need, warm and plenty of hot water. Neighbourhood wasn't too appealing at night and although not central about 10 minutes walk to major tram stop. As a family of 6 once we had set up the 2 sofabeds at night there was barely any room to move in the living room but fine during the day. Only frustration was that lady who was going to meet us wasnt there and said she would come back in over an hour as it was snowing heavily outside. Owner was great and gave us a lockbox key code and we were inside and warm in no time.

Prima locatie vlakbij Station Wien Meidling.

Het appartement is voor zes personen te klein. Er is een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en er staan twee tweepersoons slaapbanken in de kleine woonkamer. Als die uitgeklapt staan, is er geen ruimte voor koffers en geen loopruimte. De buren hadden tot diep in de nacht de TV aanstaan waardoor het moeilijk was om te slapen.

Not impressed with apartment...

Host was friendly on the phone. Wife was waiting to meet us. Her english was minimal but also friendly. Apartment looked much nicer on the photos. Kids beds were a pull out sofa bed which is generally no problem but these were uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was in the kitchen. Building complex not very appealing. Would have much rather stayed closer to the city centre.

Fin lille lejlighed som det lykkedes os at mase to voksne og fire børn ind i. Værten var sød og rar. Lejligheden ligger lidt afsides men tæt på et fint lille strøg og relativt tæt på en metrostation. Fin værdi for pengende. Vi ville fodt bokke samme værelse en anden gang.

Tolle Lage

Gute Lage, voll ausgestattet, Bettwäsche muffelte wie bereits benutzt und die Einziehteile sind sehr fleckig. Die Handtücher rochen nach feuchter Lagerung. Wurde alles von uns gewaschen (Waschmaschine ist da). Die Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, der Flur wird überschwemmt. Bis auf die Mängel eine super Sache und für Wien sehr gut.

This was a great place to stay in Vienna. The apartment manager met us at the apartment and made sure we knew how to use everything and how to manage in Vienna. He also had a city map for us and helped us figure out parking of our car during our stay. There is a grocery store 1/2 block away and the subway a 10 min walk away. The shower had a bit of mildew but otherwise it was just great. The apartment had details like dishwasher soap and laundry soap for us---a nice touch. We were a family of 5 staying here for 3 days.

Excellent Place

So it is not a hotel exactly it is more like an apartment you rent for a few days, but it is not hard to get to and it is worth every cent. The place is very clean and well prepared with room for up to 6 people and a full kitchen. If you need a place to relax this is the perfect place and a short walk away from the Palace Gardens. Great service too. Great for Students on a budget.
