We had booked a room with a king bed & queen bed (in a separate room) but they put us in a room with two beds. When this was brought to their attention we were told the other room wasn't available because of the snow, but later they said we could move to it after all (but we were almost ready for bed then).
On arrival the room was cold, and it took a while to warm it up. My friend likes the cold and SHE thought it was cold!
We showed the Hotels.com receipt when we checked in, but they didn't give it back until we asked for it. We also had to ask for the Wi-Fi password.
There were no tea bags in the room, so they went out to buy some! (That was nice of them.) But we didn't know if the tea was regular or decaffeinated (what we wanted before bed).
We were glad for the refigerator and microwave.
