My room was lovely and spacious. Nice view from my room, especially being able to see sunrise each morning was an added bonus.

we loved our stay here. small room, and the only downside were the pillows as they were quite poor. the room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was quick. very close to the main city, you can walk everywhere. recommend for a quick stay.

Great location but very dated

We stayed one night as we were passing through Luxembourg. The hotel is in a great location, only 5 min walk to the centre. Hotel has parking but quite expensive. We had a suite as there were 3 of us. The room was very dated with orange and blue walls, a mismatch of furniture. The room smelt very musty so we had to keep the fans going. It was fine for our needs.

Just OK. Ok location to get around but a very dated property with no fridge or safe in rooms and a portable AC unit in room made it difficult to get decent sleep.

Staff was very helpful, great location for getting to the City Center. Everything was clean and felt updated.
Michael, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Hotel was clean and easy to get to and from. The price for the food and drink from the fridge at night is very expensive, so be aware. I went to the restaurant for a beer one afternoon and there was flies all over the place. Would not eat there under any circumstance and put me off my beverage. The staff was very pleasant and i slept well however.

I stayed one night as part of a euro trip. The location is fine and we could easily walk to city center. There is no AC and during the night the moist and heat made it a little uncomfortable although we could eventually fal asleep. Parking space is available for an extra fee.

Clean and fresh no frills

Really good stay - no frills hotel but perfect for sleeping in if you are out all day. Very clean, fresh and modern. Only downside was the strangely low toilet! It was like a child’s toilet. Great location near ville haute.

The property was in a very run down condition and the room was very small, we spoke to the manager and asked to change room he just shrugged and suggested we left if not happy, not a word of sorry. We have stayed in better Formula 1 and for sure Ibis hotels for much less. If we had not prepaid we would not have stayed.
Jeffrey, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

There was a problem at the entrance to the property when the gate was not working. And there was no hot water on the first full day of my stay. Once these problems were fixed, my stay was pleasant, with a good view.
gary, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We paid extra for a Comfort room for two people - the tea and coffee offering were ridiculous - small paper cups with only one sachet of green tea or black tea available and milk pots that were so small they would not do for one small cup of coffee. For a Comfort room there was ONE comfortable chair and although the room was large there was very little in it and so it was somewhat unwelcoming. One pillow each as well is rather disappointing! Disappointing for the price I'm afraid. We have stayed at this hotel previously and had a much better experience.

6/10 Good

The hotel property is something out of the 1970s - and the condition shows it. The reception team was very pleasant and friendly. The room was large and clean, but the WiFi was terrible (I couldn’t even load images in my emails and there no hope of watching a video on my iPad); there was no air conditioning in our room (the building is a concrete Brutalist structure so retains heat and can’t cool down). Pillows were meager and very thin so had to ask for more. Breakfast was below average quality. Very average, unexceptional.

2/10 Poor

DO... NOT… STAY… HERE!

We had to book a stay at the last minute and this was one of the least expensive options. I wish I had spent double for a more reasonable hotel. First, the location is pretty good, and the views out of some of the rooms are nice, for sure. 1. You may see some reviews talking about the pillows being too soft. I thought this was a joke until I got here. Even folding the pillow twice left no support for the head. My wife had the same issue. 2. The sheets on the bed were far too small for the size off the mattress, especially the bottom sheet. I don’t toss-and-turn all that much but halfway through the night the sheets had completely come undone and even scrunched up to expose the yellowed bare mattress. Nasty. 3. If you have a car and want to park where ever you stay, don’t stay here. It offers parking, but doesn’t have a parking lot. It shares a few spots with a nearby church and restaurant, but you have the navigate narrow paths and hope not to hit any car that is sticking out. If you try the underground garages, you either have tiny spots, or have to wander around to find signs with the hotel logo to make sure you get towed (threatened). Crazy that they charge 25€/day. 5. The room itself is odd. The shower is small with no curtain so the floor in the bathroom will get wet. There's no mini fridge, which is pretty useful when you're on vacation and have leftovers. Also, kinda odd to have a half used bottle of combination soap / shampoo in the shower.

Awful hotel poor staff smelly rooms tired decor

A poor quality hotel that is past its best. Its a budget hotel that charges mid level price and tries to look like a 5star hotel and fails. The checkin was poor the staff seem like they can only just be bothered to do their job and don't seem to care about you or your stay. No offer of help to carry or move luggage and did not bother to show us to the room even thought there was 4 or 5 staff and no other guests. We asked if it was better to unload our luggage by reception or by the door to the room block but was told that it would be easier to do in the underground car park. As you drive down to the car park there is an over powering smell of raw sewage. However once in the car park we thankfully went to find the room 1st only to find that the way out took us back to recption so was glad we had not unloaded our luggage as instucted by the lady on reception, We then drove back out of the car park to unload by the room block. When we entered the room it had a very strong bad smell and had clearly never been aired. My wife then found the carpet was wet for some unkown reason. So had to go back to reception and get a new room. This room was much better but still needed the window to be opened as was stuffy and stale. The same problem in all the corridors a stale bad smell in all of them. A simple fix by opening a window each day when cleaning! As others have mentioned overpriced parking. Good location, poor staff and bad cleaning, never stay again. Google reviews say the same.
