Lovley hotel, friendly staff, drinks fridge 24/7, hotel room was only made up for 2, we booked for 3, but quickly brought another mug and towel. Guests were coming and going at all hours of the Saturday night was a little noisy but comfy beds. The room had several issues from the start. The sink was not working properly, the toilet was blocked with dirty water, and the telephone inside the room for customer service didn’t work at all. There was also no shampoo provided, which is something basic every hotel should have. When I reported the problems, the receptionist staff were not helpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving the issues. I also have videos showing the condition of the room. Breakfast was very poor as well — only basic cereals were available, with no proper hot food options, and there wasn’t even a microwave available, so guests had to eat cold food. The location of the hotel is good, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were far below expectations. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
