We had an unusual experience in March 2026. When we arrived, the building housed hotel rooms from several hotels and we had trouble getting help from our hotel staff because our "no-contact" check-in information never arrived and there was no reception desk. A very apologetic and borderline panicked woman came to help eventually, and she realized she assigned us a room for the wrong dates and so we had to stay in two different rooms for the two nights we were there (we reserved Fri-Sun, and she put us down for Sat-Mon). It took about an hour to get checked in, and she gave us multiple new, full-size tubes of toothpaste that I think were her personal items as an apology. The rooms were tight but as pictured and described. The value was fine, except for the mix-ups that cost us time and stress. The long, confusing check-in and having to move rooms on my daughter's birthday trip was very inconvenient.
