The Kensington Gardens appt was in a great location, close to several tube stop, in a safe area for families with kids. Several grocery stores nearby. The appt was spotless, perfect size for a couple or a small family. They kindly let us check-in earlier since we had several suitcases and small children. Would definitely stay here again when in London!

Strange man tried to force his way into our room using the keypad.
Internal comfort was terrible due to cheap furnishings. None of us slept due to poor mattress/ bed and sofa bed.
Insufficient plates/bowls/cups for 4 people.

A fantastic apartment for our 4 day stay in London, which was my partner and I and my step daughter. The property is clean and although a little snug with the 3rd person sleeping in the living area / kitchen, it was an excellent central location, with great restaurants, cafes & easy shopping at your doorstep. I also took a 3 day membership at a gym 5 mins walk away which was great. A short walk to tube stations allowing quick access to all hot spots. Communication was excellent, we really appreciate all your help.

The location was very nice. The apartment was updated. Water pressure, internet, and apt amenities were generally good. I would say it is reasonably good value for the rates.
The proprietor was not very kind, the floors were dirty, bed linens were scratchy, some furniture was broken to the point of not being usable, the whole building was on light sensors so lights would go off during showers or while you were climbing stairs. I was locked out a few times and the proprietor was responsive, but couldn’t have cared less about the inconvenience.

Très beau logement, bien équipé (micro ondes, plaques de cuisson,four,lave vaisselle, machine à laver), ventilateur mis à disposition si besoin. Très bonne communication avec le responsable. Restaurants, supermarchés et autres types commodités à proximité. Station de métro à proximité permettant de rejoindre le centre de Londres rapidement. Recommandons sans soucis.

Bu evi kiralayacak olanlar mümkünse 1.katın müsaitliğini sormalılar. Biz 3.katta kaldık, asansör olmadığından ve dar,kıvrımlı merdivenlerden valizlerle yukarı çıkmak sorun yaratabilir.
