I love everything about this hotel The staff was amazing I can't tell you how well I was treated It's been a nice change with the last two hotels I was at prior to this one and got treated terribly and then lost money because of discrimination being disabled and having a service dog they were very accommodating very kind and I will always stay there and tell everybody I know to do as well.

Nice hotel, but outdated. There was a family reunion going on, so lots of noise from the pool area and kids running around the halls. Light fixtures in room not working.

Room was nice, bed comfy. Bathroom updated and very clean. Needed extra towel, one given was SO rough and not like room ones. Also out of extra pillows. Breakfast wasn’t good. Eggs smelled weird and tasted off. I’d stay again, would just plan to have breakfast elsewhere.

The hotel was great! Nice, clean and a great price. The hotel was not the problem!! Hotels.com totally sucks ass. I paid for my room in advance and they felled to notify the hotel. Got me on the phone with them at 1 o’clock in the morning (At the hotel lobby) for a whole hour just to get it cleared up. Never using Hotels.com again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surface Hotel! The location is super convenient, close to lots of food options and the highway. The property is really nice, and so are the people who work there, always happy to make our four-night stay as comfortable as possible. The full bar is staffed by a fabulous bartender, and the hot, fresh breakfast made in house was delicious. The rooms are really well-appointed, exceptionally clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool and fitness center were nice, too! Overall, we were very impressed. This is a new place, and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends who come to visit. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Oklahoma City, and Surface Hotel OKC is far and away the best I've ever had in the area at this price point. Will absolutely be staying there again!

It was perfect besides the fitness center didnt have hardly weights like to lift with your arms, the the older ones and the pool wasnt open. But i was amazed by the shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and lotion; they were amazing!!!

Three of the lights in the room didn’t work. No one ever answered the phone at the front desk when we needed fresh towels. We went down to the front desk and no one could be found. Trash piled up out front to the point it had been overflowing since the day before. Trash was laying all over the walkway outside. When I told them about it that just said “well get to it when we can”. The hotel was also very loud. I would not recommend this hotel.

WiFi did not work except down at the lobby. No breakfast and the restaurant was closed as well. There was no shampoo and coffee in the room but the staff provided that after I ask for it. It was advertised as deluxe room which in my opinion didn’t quite reach that level. Broken furniture, no microwave, small and the windows didn’t have any curtains to quiet down nome of the noise from the highway. The bathroom was nice and clean. Overall ok for the money but not great.

This used to be a Four Points, so it is nicely set up with comfortable beds, etc. The halls and elevators need some help, just a bit worn and I think the pet policy might contribute to some odor. Our room was well appointed, but a bit beat up. The doors slam loudly which can wake you you if other guests are not considerate. Still you absolutely cannot beat the price. Terrific value and I would stay there again.

My husband & daughter were playing softball for the weekend in Moore. Selected to pay at the property. Total price on hotels.com was $85.58 (which included $12.98 taxes/fees, & a $7.00 Property fee). I was charged $92.58 on my card (an extra $7.00 for property fee) I disputed the charge and got that back. When they checked into their room the TV was not working. My husband had to call down to the desk 3 times before they sent someone up. He asked to be moved rooms. Someone finally came up & spent 45 minutes working on the tv. He did finally get it working. The following Monday I check my account for the charges & found they had charged me $100. I called number listed on hotels.com & it doesn't work. I remembered my husband telling me the hotel was actually a Radisson. So, I got on google maps & found the correct phone number. Called the hotel & made sure they were Surface Boutique, they confirmed. Asked them what the $100 was. I was told it was for damages. The head house cleaner reported a hand towel with makeup on it. I told them it was more than likely dirt from my daughter (who plays softball) or even my husband (who is the coach), I was told a manager would check into it & call me back the next day. I hadn't received a call by noon so I called back. They said they would refund $60 but I had to pay $40 for the towel. I'm so baffled by this. We have stayed in hotels all over the state for softball. I have never been charged $100 for a dirty hand towel.
