Small Business Hotel
The beds in all rooms are small. No tost machine for warm bread at breakfast.
Breakfast staff does not speak English. The lady at breakfast could not understand my room number 304, I had to show her one by one with my fingers.
Wi-Fi problems. They have to come up to the room take your phone in their hands and enter the password. They had to do this twice since the actual hotel-guest Wi-Fi does not work. The reception is not competent enough to explain the Wi-Fi instructions in English over the phone.
Feb 11th -breakfast coffee machine was broken, filter coffee was offered.
Wi-Fi never worked with the guest ID number and room number.
Hasan at reception is rude and behaves a bit arrogant and unwelcoming to guests. Maybe this is because Hasan does not speak or understand much English.
When I asked for my luggage which was kept in the spare room before departure, he opened the door to the electrical room and had us ladies go in and get our suitcases ourselves. He does not know how to treat female guests properly or help them with their bags.
The only professional employees were the cleaning staff and Alp (front desk). I assume that in time this new hotel will sort out its team and establish a fully trained professional staff. Maybe Alp can help them create this team. In general this is a clean and efficient business hotel. Competitively priced against the neighboring hundreds of other hotels. Alion has potential to become better.
