I have stayed here many times and it’s a great place and most of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I come often and spend a lot of money. We get the two bedroom suite so that I can meet up with some friends in the area. We are always quiet and respectful and yet last night… Tuesday, 28 April… We were harassed several times by a very angry night clerk. He was shaking and sweaty, regardless of the fact that we were calm and complying. It wasn’t even very late and our music was super low and yet he came up and gave us a warning. We turned the music almost completely off and quieted down even more and yet he came back maybe 15 minutes later making irrational threats about evicting us in the middle of the night. I guarantee he would not be able to do so as we were not causing any problems. It wasn’t even that late. As a matter of fact, we were lights out and going to sleep shortly after midnight. We have a right to be in the room we paid for and to be talking and enjoying ourselves as long as we are respecting the other guests which we were. This guy is just a sad old cranky man who has no friends of his own and so he couldn’t handle that we were having fun. After last night, I am very hesitant to stay here again. I would suggest to the management that they have a talk with him and maybe even fire him. There’s no reason he needs to be harassing and threatening paying guests who are following the rules. Super disappointing.
