Staff was very helpful and the hotel's location was very central. 2 minutes walk to central neuss station - next to shopping and eating places. The room sizes are good. These are the good points. The minus point is that the hotel is a bit old. I can see that they are renewing slowly - heaters are renewed, tv is renewed etc. My only complaint was about the pillows. Other than that, good deal for the money

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at [Hotel Mirage]. The experience was far below any acceptable standard, and I feel compelled to highlight the numerous issues I encountered: 1. Dirty Room: The room was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival, with visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanliness. 2. Dirty Towels and Bathroom: The towels provided were stained and unhygienic, and the bathroom was extremely dirty, which made it impossible to use comfortably. 3. Rude Staff Behavior: The staff exhibited unprofessional and rude behavior, which added to the negative experience. 4. Terrible Management: The overall management of the hotel was chaotic and inefficient, leaving guests to deal with unresolved problems. Such a level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable and does not align with the expectations I had when booking with your establishment. I request immediate action regarding this matter, including an apology and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope you take this complaint seriously to prevent other guests from facing similar issues. I look forward to your prompt response.

Zuerst möchte ich erwähnen, dass alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren, Danke Leider war es aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer (teilweise bis zu 42 Grad) fast unmöglich, sich länger im Zimmer aufzuhalten. Es gab weder genug Steckdosen (2 - eine im Bad und eine neben der Eingangstür, die nicht uneingeschränkt genutzt werden konnten, da selbst die beiden platzierten Standventilatoren (s. Bilder) diese belegten. Der, in der Zimmerbeschreibung angegebene Kühlschrank befand sich nicht im Zimmer, wurde aber mit etwas Verspätung auf Hinweis, nachträglich positioniert, erzeugte aber wenig Kälte und heizte das Zimmer zusätzlich merklich auf. Sehr enttäuschend, da das Zimmer ansonsten sehr sauber war und eigentlich genug Platz bot, um einen Aufenthalt (bei kühleren Außentemperaturen) zu “genießen”. Dieses Hotel sollte umgehend, zumindest in einer Mindestanzahl von Zimmern Klimageräte und zusätzliche Steckdosen installieren, da es ansonsten an Sommertagen fast unmöglich ist, dort zu übernachten. Die Flüssigseife im Bad und das Bad selber erreichte während der Sonneneinstrahlung über 45 Grad und könnte bei Kindern sehr schnell zu leichten Hitzereizungen führen und war auch für Erwachsene selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster extrem heiß.

- Das Zimmer war viel zu heiß - Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator im Zimmer, den man sich nicht traut anzufassen. - Betten viel zu weich - Kabel hängen aus der Decke raus - Steckdosen am Nachtisch, nur auf einer Seite - Neue Toilettenpapierrollen dreckig - Am Empfang musste man zweimal warten, nicht mal eine Klingel am Empfang, damit man auf sich aufmerksam machen kann. Davon abgesehen, hat man mich auch kaum verstanden. Mittags 13 Uhr war mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig, da erst um 15 Uhr check in ist. So konnte ich erst Nachts um 0:30h Einchecken.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, mit einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist ideal und macht den Aufenthalt besonders praktisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
