I had booked 4 weeks. When I arrived at the address there was no apartment. It was not possible to reach them on the number tvey sent to me. I called hotel.com. They could not help me. I was really disappointed. Finally after 6 hours I booked a hotel. I realized I had to rebook the whole trip myself and so I did. Double the prize of course and lower standard. Yes I will make a claim. After 3 days Sholeo Lodges sent a message and wondered if I did not want the apartment. Yes I had checked in but the adress I got was wrong. I told tvem hotels.com had refunded my money.
I can’ express the stress all this has caused.
