The staff were pleasant, the room was not at all what was pictured on the site, for instance i wanted the room shown with 2 armrests chairs for leisure, what i got was basically a wobbly card table with 4 hard chairs, the desk chair was melded plastic. The bed had a metal frame with corners protruding several inches, banged my legs a few times. No heat in the bed room area, transfer fan not working. Parking lot half filled with construction materialsand conex boxes, hard to find spots. Outside stairs to the 3rd floor. Absolutely nothing on the walls, except the TVs, creating echoing, from talking on the phone to watching TV. In the Bathroom, no TP holder, no shelf in the shower, water temp in shower would not get hot enough for my satisfaction. Finally located paper cups, on top of the microwave, on top of yhe fridge. A 4-cup coffee maker with 2 one cup coffee pouches, no sweetner, no creamer, no stir stick, nothing. Its as though the room was not ready to occupy. Only 2 of the 3 pillows had pillow cases. Pretty disappointing overall room experience, except the floor lay-out was fine. I find it hard to understand the 7.6 listed ratings, i give it a 6.6 at best.
