우리는 8명의 단체 여행이였고, 총 5개의 룸을 예약하였습니다. 늦은시간 도착하는 비행편으로 새벽 2시에 도착하였으나, 매우 반갑게 맞이 하여주었습니다. 우리는 3박을 사용하는데 불편함이 없었으며, 특별히 5층에 있는 식당도 밤에 사용할수있게 해주어 좋은 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하며 조식부터 모든 부분을 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 다시 방문할 의사가 있습니다.

Fantastic hotel with great views and staff.
We loved this hotel. Very new and clean with beautiful views. The staff was so kind and courteous. The breakfast was made to order and really good. It is just a little bit away from the center, but the walk to the center is a short and beautiful walk by the lake. Grab is also so cheap that the cost for a car is almost nothing. It’s nice and quiet so you can rest well. Thanks so much to all of the staff. We appreciate you.

Fantastic stay! The people that work here make the entire experience. They were so kind, and helpful. Treated us like family. Beds were amazing, gorgeous views of the water. Breakfast was lovely. We appreciated all the fine details. Thank you!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, all the necessary amenities and amazing view. The staff was beyond friendly. They were helpful, professional and unbelievably nice. They made us feel very special. The hotel is tucked away in an alley way/ neighborhood so the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Our breakfast was fresh and made to order. It came it on a tea cart, felt very posh. We would love to visit this wonderful hotel again.

70歳の誕生日記念にダラットに１０日間 の一人旅でした！初日から６日間、強い雨と風でほとんど観光が出来なかったのですが、ホテルの支配人やスタッフが様々に気を使ってくださり、親切にしていただきました！誕生日にはホテルから素晴らしいアレンジメントフラワーをプレゼントしていただいた上に、ホテルスタッフが全員でケーキ🎂やビール🍺ワインで祝ってくださいました。一人旅で、悪天候…憂鬱なりそうだった私に、唯一の女性スタッフが優しく話しかけてくださいました。部屋の掃除は完璧です。ダラットで泊まるなら絶対におすすめです！

This is a beautiful property, except my room had no heat, and I was so cold at night, across the road with these barking dogs at night all night. When the sun came up, they were the kind of dogs that would stop barking. There was no place to sit in the sun or lay in the sun That was available or I was not told about, the breakfast was mostly Vietnamese food there was hardly any western foods except bread and bacon.

The hotel and staff is great, new building, very clean and a decent breakfast. One would need transportation as IMO the places to dine and a bit of nightlife is a bit of a walk ( 40 min ) but Grab is very cheap and arrives in minutes.

Great hotel, great service + extra help
Great hotel, everything is new. One day before leaving (at night), I dropped my credit card in the space between the floor and the elevator. The owner helped me a lot with getting the elevator company there asap. Only thing that could improve is the ringing of the elevator. You can here it on all levels through the building. Other than that, perfect stay.

Comfortable stay in Nha Trang
The room is sparkling clean All the amenities are quite modern. The price is right and close to the center of the town. The breakfast set menu is quite good. Will come back again when there is a chance.

Ich habe im Prospekt das Zimmer mit dem Panoramablick gesehen und wollte das haben. Und es ist in Wirklichkeit genauso wie es auf den Bildern im Internet aussieht. Das Hotel ist vor einem Jahr komplett renoviert worden und es lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Was nicht da sein sollte wird schnellstmöglich besorgt. Danke ich komme gerne wieder.

The hotel is surprisingly quiet and there are lots of good options of eatery around - all in walking distance. The hotel staff - Linh has been very accodomating, friendly and helpful. You will get a selection of breakfast choices every morning. (Gor to pay for coffee though) Oh one more thing to note, the hotel is quite a distance to the downtown Da La market. If you intend to walk - that 40 mins around the lake.. i suggest you call a grab or rent a motorbike from the hotel.

위치 찾기 힘듬. 그랩도 골목길 찾기 힘들어 고의적으로 안 들어가서 실갱이거리 만듬. 주위 즐길거리 없음.도심과 많이 떨어짐. 몇년동안 찾아 간 호텔 중 가장 의아한 느낌이 드는 작은 규모의 호텔. 첫 인상에서 혼란스러움을 느낄 수 있음. 자는 방 외에 아무 편의시설도 없음.

I booked two rooms, one for a young single female traveler. Here is her review. "Women traveling alone should never stay at this hotel. I had scary experiences with two male reception staff. I ended up leaving this hotel severely frightened. Upon check in, the two reception staff were men. I immediately went into my room. I was awakened in the morning by a phone call from 2 male reception staff saying I needed breakfast. When I entered the breakfast room, the only two people in the room were two male reception staff. No choice of what to eat. Soup was delivered. Odd. I tried to eat. The two men just sat there watching me. They asked if I spoke Vietnamese. I said no. So then, they talked about me in Vietnamese, giggling and smiling at each other and at me. This continued. I stopped eating and left the room. I went out and returned to the hotel later. Both men were inside the hotel garage. Both followed me. I hurried to my room to avoid the two men, but I returned to the reception desk to return the hotel umbrella. The two men had their backs to me, one of whom was looking at the CCTV screens. Shocked when he realized I was behind him, he turned off the CCTV screens in a panic. He turned to the other reception desk man and they slyly smiled at each other. One screen had a view inside a guest room and and the bed. Severely frightened, I packed and checked out. He asked me why I was leaving, I said 'CCTV in rooms.' He did not reply, I rushed to the waiting taxi in fear.
