The room I was initially assigned looked as if someone tried to kick in the door. I had a room with 2 queen beds. One of the beds had dirty sheets, and the other bed looked as if a child made it up. The bathroom tub had black hair on it in several places, and bathroom door had drops of what looked liked blood on it.

We had 2 rooms. We were supposed to stay 2 nights. We arrived late (because we were driving 12 hours) and the lady was nice. We get into our rooms and find a roach and some kind of animal feces in one room. They did comp 30% because of that. By the next morning the air in the other room was not working.

Just needed a reasonable place to stay close to the airport. Airport shuttle was appreciated but was late. Front desk staff was efficient but not so friendly. Neighborhood was ok but may not have been the safest. Rooms were clean, up too early for breakfast but they had good coffee/tea out. I’d stay here again, a sufficient airport hotel

We stayed at this property because we needed another night before flying back home. I wanted to make sure we found a place close to the Norfolk airport so that it would be convenient since we had an early flight. The price of this hotel for one night was reasonable. However, the hotel itself is not very appetizing. The front entrance is small and unappealing. The staff seem like they are unhappy to be at work (except for a gentle man who was the one who greeted us initially; he was upbeat and inviting!) The halls have an unpleasant smell, the pool is really small and the elevator looked as if it would give at any moment. As for the room, we had a king bed. The sheets were not pearly white. In fact, we check the bed for no detection of bed bugs and found a few dark spots that were suspect. The room did not have a pleasant smell. The bathroom was very basic and they didn't offer much in terms of toiletries. I could go on but overall, you get what you pay for! I think the best thing about this hotel is the free breakfast that we weren't able to enjoy because we had to leave so early the next morning!
