We booked this hotel through Hotels.com for the last week of October 2014. We were a little bit concerned about the weather but actually it was absolutely nice. I barely give 5 stars to an hotel and the only reason I gave 4 stars is because we were forced to check-out at 12 am while our flight was booked for 9 pm and they didn't even gave us the possibility of using the restaurant or any service room for the rest of the day, usually an all-inclusive gives you this option.
About the cleanness, the hotel is really big but we found it very clean all over the structure, the room was cleaned and checked twice a day, the restaurants, tables and all over the swimming pool park we didn't find anything dirty or not pleasant.
The food was amazing, both the buffet or "a la cart" restaurant are really nice quality, food well served and of very high quality, abundance of choice, we also found gluten free breakfast area. The staff in the restaurant was really good, good english speaking and good service. Cannot complain about anything.
About the resort, it is really big but well maintained, you can access the huge pool park but the water is very cold (in October was about 17C) or you can access the beach area, we swim in the sea and the temperature was ok. For sure we will come back next year, great all inclusive, great SPA and great food and service. It deserves a 5 stars but the ugly check-out policy force me to give a 4 stars.
